Modern Comfort in a Prime Location—But Choose Your Room Wisely I stayed at the ROOST Baltimore and overall had a solid experience. The rooms are modern, fully equipped, and beautifully designed—perfect for longer stays or working remotely. The location is unbeatable if you’re looking for a quieter pocket of the city that’s still close to everything. That said, I recommend requesting a room on a higher floor and away from the front of the building. The windows are on the thinner side, and weekend nights can get noisy with guests coming in late—there’s not much in place to manage the disturbance. Also, the beds lean on the firm side, which may not be for everyone. Despite those details, it’s a stylish, well-appointed spot that works great for travelers who value a quieter, home-like atmosphere in the city during the week

Love the very nice large new room, lobby & surroundings. The property does not seem to be positive whether it's a hotel, a long-term stay place, or an Airbnb. For example, there are no cups in the bathroom like you would find in a hotel. But having a kitchen & washer-dryer is great. Need directions for TVs. Not intuitive to use. Showers could use handholds.
