We really enjoyed our stay at Carl's place and would stay there again. The place was clean, had everything we needed and is in a great location. Parking was easier than I thought it would be and I loved that we could bring our dog with us. Also, Carl was very responsive to any questions that I had which was very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The area is awesome being only a 10 minute drive and 30 minute walk from the harbor. Ice maker did not work. No overhead light in one of the bedrooms. Two forks in the silverware drawer. Plenty of spoons and knives. Location was nice. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but the host really can't do anything about that. We would rate this one near the bottom of the places we've stayed over the years.
