When i checked out that morning, going to London and coming back on May 17, I asked the receptionist if I can booked now for May 17- 20,she said you can do it when you come back Now when we came back we were only allowed to stay 17-19 Which I think this could have caused too much stress and could have been prevented of no place to stay 19& 20”. Plus the attitude of that receptionist that morning not nice , very cold! Asking her to booked now but she insisted to do it when we return! That’s all
