I was greeted with a welcome drink and friendly staff, who gave me a room upgrade and helped me with my luggage to my beautiful room. Also, the free breakfast is fresh and fantastic!!! The private beach and surf lessons available there were great (visited in late Feb for surf conditions). Also, my GoPro battery was damaged on the plane and the staff was kind enough to not only find a replacement online (not easy to find in the area), but fronted the cash for the order till I was able to return to the hotel for pick up. Fantastic accommodation, staff, breakfast, private beach and balcony view of the pool!!

The hotel must have been a beautiful five stars hotel 20 years ago! However, I still think they have done a great job maintaining it! The rooms were bigger than most hotel rooms I've stayed in, very spacious and well designed. The pools are big and beautiful! The staff were super friendly and helpful! Grand Nusa dua

We had a great time at the Grand. It's not on the beach, but this is fine and only 1km away. You can catch the free shuttle to the beach club every two hours or walk, or borrow the push bikes. Its very handy to the airport, or Uluwata and Jimbaran. The staff are amazing 👏
