Wonderful villas with excellent food including breakfast. Conveniently located close to Bali Collection shops and eateries. Only downside was that the row of villas we were staying is situated next to the motorbike park of the adjacent hotel, so expect lots of bike noises at 7am and 11pm when the staff come in to work and leave for home.

We had the most wonderful honeymoon here! We were incredibly looked after by the fantastic staff who made sure to learn who we were and our dietaries so well! This is a great spot! The only thing I’d change is that you have to go outside each time to let people in for cleaning and room service. They ring a bell, and you have to hear it and go let them in. This isn’t ideal for a five-star resort setup.

Had a wonderful time staying at the Amarterra. The service and friendly staff really made our stay special. Close walk to the local shops and restaurants around the area. The Maja restaurant at the resort was also great, a mix of Asian and western options for eating. The spa treatments were incredible, the ladies there were so accommodating and nice. Our villa was very clean and gorgeous, the weather was beautiful so we used our pool frequently. Enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back.

It is beautifully designed with a truly Zen atmosphere. The staff is extremely attentive and willing to help with any issues, making your stay as welcoming as possible. The villas have lost none of their charm and remain exceptionally comfortable. Their private patio and small pool create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. We chose the half-board option, and both the breakfasts and dinners were excellent. A special mention goes to the beef rendang, which was absolutely delicious 😋. The only downside compared with our previous stays is the new beach club, which is now located on the other side of the bay, more than a 20-minute walk away. A shuttle service is available, but unfortunately it does not run frequently enough. The main issue, however, is that swimming is not really enjoyable on this part of the beach. At low tide, the sea gives way to a large muddy area, while at high tide, the currents unfortunately bring in quite a lot of debris. Although the beach club offers restrooms and food service, it does not truly fulfill its primary purpose. That being said, Amarterra remains without a doubt one of the best — if not the very best — hotel in Nusa Dua.

A beautiful and peaceful hotel with the most helpful and friendliest staff. They went out of our way to make sure we had anything we needed, how everyone remembers all the guests names is beyond me! The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. I was hugely impressed.
