My family and I loved our stay at The Grand Mirage Resort and Thalasso! The Italian restaurant was fantastic and had a nice vibe sitting outside by the beach. We enjoyed the swim up bar and adults only infinity pool while our kids were at the kids club. The kids club has an amazing waterpark hidden in the back and our kids loved the water slides. (Note: My husband learned that the slides are too short and fast for parents). The lazy river at the front of the resort was so much fun and all of us enjoyed ourselves in the single tubes. Highly recommend! We had the family connecting rooms and they were both very clean, beautiful and modern. I’d suggest bringing your own shampoo and conditioner as they only have “conditioning shampoo”. Also we enjoyed the breakfast there, tons of options but the fruit, omelettes and pancakes were a favourite for us. Highly recommend staying at this resort with your family! It is now our favourite place in Nusa Dua.

Our room was lovley, always clean and the little touches like the welcome snacks and notes from our cleaners made it that much better. We also loved the lazy river, it added a different and fun experience for our whole family on top of the pools on offer. We also loved the amazing breakfast buffet.

Beautiful resort and rooms. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Great selection of different foods at buffet breakfast. Lots of different restaurants in the resort as well for dinner. Pools are amazing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, only there isn't a lot of hanging space for clothes and the TVs are quite slow when using them. But overall we had a very enjoyable stay. This is the second time we've stayed here and we would stay here again if we come back to Bali.

A Truly Magical Stay at Grand Mirage Resort – Perfect for Families and Couples Alike Our stay at the Grand Mirage Resort in Nusa Dua was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Balinese hospitality and a refreshing welcome drink that set the tone for an unforgettable holiday. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush tropical gardens, a stunning beachfront, and a variety of pools that cater to both relaxation and family fun. We especially loved the infinity pool facing the ocean. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering great views and comfortable amenities. The daily housekeeping was impeccable and always left little thoughtful touches that made us feel pampered. What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member, from the reception to the restaurant team and activity coordinators, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The all-inclusive package was worth every cent – delicious food, cocktails by the beach, and a great mix of international and local dishes. The kids club was a huge hit with our little ones, giving us some well-deserved quiet time while they had the time of their lives with crafts, games, and new friends. Excellent Hotel

This hotel was excellent. I honestly cannot find a single fault. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had to take my son to hospital and all the staff at the concierge desk were amazing and supported me. The staff who took laundry and restocked the mini bar and took the luggage down were absolutely fantastic and wonderful. The staff in the clinic were amazing and they really helped us l. Mey the nurse was brilliant and the GP who came to see my son was great. A brilliant and caring and really friendly hotel I will be coming again soon. The food here is unbelievable, best food at an all inclusive hotel that I have been to. All the staff go out of their way to help you. Please can you give the staff a payrise as they are ALL amazing and helpful.

Such an amazing resort! Myself, my wife and my 3 kids had a blast in Bali for our first ever overseas trip together and it’s all thanks to the great experiences we had here! The food was beyond amazing and the staff were exceptional! So happy and friendly! A special mention to the waiters and pool staff Putra, Atsi & Dharma who were some of the most friendliest, kind and helpful people I have ever met. Make sure you hold onto them Grand Mirage! We will definitely be back in the near future.

Excellent family resort and also has a secluded adult section. Very popular with Australians. Excellent dining options in and around the resort. Service and facilities are outstanding. Beach is great BUT weedy if you wish to dive in. I'd highly recommend the resort.

Advantages: clean, friendly staff, room cleaning twice a day, large pool areas, gaming and play rooms for kids, amenities within room and bathroom, very spacious, ample breakfast choices disadvantages: overly priced food and drinks, food quality is mediocre, the beach area is not walkout outside the front, bathrooms don’t have vents so your stench will fill up the whole room, not much to do right outside the hotel except a few food marts, restaurants and massage parlors.
