Great staff and extremely friendly. Every service and amenity included with all inclusive, including free room service 24/7 as well as complimentary laundry services which is not heard of most places. Overall very impressed with our stay.
My family and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days as a relaxing break before more adventure on the island. The hotel had good points and bad: Good points: - Private beach which was nice - very friendly and nice staff (especially Dika the drinks waiter - he was excellent and professional plus friendly) - Swimming pool was nice with varying depths - Excellent location on the Nusa Dua strip Bad points: - After a very long flight, we needed to sleep. However we had to ask 4 times for a baby crib that eventually came. Despite requesting this when booking and when we arrived, it did not come until almost 1.5 hrs after our arrival. One very unhappy baby who needed rest. - The hotel is clean, but a little rundown. It could definitely do with some TLC to bring it back up to standard. Our shower was blocked and you could just see that there wasn't enough time to give the place a proper deep clean and service to make it as good as other hotels competing for this market. - Beach loungers and sun beds are at a premium. You really need to compete with to get one. After missing out on one on our first morning there, I had to wake up at 0730 everyday just to layout towels to secure a sun bed and umbrella. There simply wasn't enough and were taken by early rising Brits who want to be by the pool and the bar all day. - food was of good standard, but all inclusive was quite expensive and if you didn't pay the USD 75 per person per day then the food was quite expensive.
Everything was perfect! My kids 2, and 4 woke up excited to be at the resort. The breakfast buffet was awesome and the kids facility was a hit! Will be back for sure!
This hotel is in no way a 4 star hotel. At best it is a mid-range 3 star. It is worn and tired and needs updating for sure. It was a nice all inclusive resort, buffets were average, the two restaurants were far better choices than the buffets. It was great have drinks included in the package that was a huge money saver. Its nice for kids, they have a kids club. I was disappointed with the kids club though because they provide you with no information about the club and the activities offered. Most resorts upon check in they give you the schedule for things that are happening at the kids club, here daily you have go to the club and look at the board (sometimes it the new schedule for the day was not posted). I also felt the pool was small for the size of the resort. The beach was disappointing. They have a lot of chairs, but they don't maintain the beach. The beach had lots of trash washing up on it all the time with no one cleaning it as well as sea "junk" (which of course is better than trash). If you are not used to HOT and HUMID, you might find your room does not cool well. We had to ask for an additional fan because we couldn't make our room cool enough.
