We were not very happy about the noise that was there due to the weddings. The loud music right from 3 pm till late was an absolute nuisance. We couldn’t enjoy the peaceful pool side 2 days out of our 5 day stay. I think it was the responsibility of the hotel to let us know that there was going to so much of an inconvenience when we are paying full price for our stay and not fair to the guests who are not part of thr wedding . The room was not done till5 pm . We had to wait wet outside our room for 30 mins till they made the room. It is an expectation that being a 5 star hotel that rooms are done by then. Because that is the time when guests come back to the room. That was a disappointment.

We stayed in a one bedroom villas with personal pool for 5 days during our travel home to the UK from Australia. The hotel itself is amazing, the staff are truly a credit to the Hilton group and the food is very good. However, This hotel is currently beside a very, very large construction site with constant banging (literal rock/Cliff-face breaking) from 0700-1700 everyday. This came as a shock to us as we had not he warned prior to our arrival or during the check in process. This neighbouring site appears to be in the early stages of construction so this review should come as a stark warning for people looking to book in the next 12-18months (currently August 2025).

Unfortunately our experience in Hilton wasn’t the better, the first night we spent there I got bitten apparently by some bed bugs, although they checked the room and the beds “nothing was found” I got really “sick” had to visit the BIMC hospital cause the rash and everything worsen during our stay. The cleanliness of the bathrooms in the pool area was terrible. 3 bathroom and most of the time only one of them was working. The staff seems to be making you a favor when attending you in the beach or the pool area. They forget things, food range is poor and also it wasn’t that good. Couldn’t open the door of the balcony most of the time, it was stocked, they went to “fix it” but got back to be broken again. We had to be careful cause of the monkeys, so no use of the balcony anyways, not even to dry your towels or bathing suits. It’s hard to get transportation ( download the apps to get a cab) the atm didn’t work three times I intended to use. Not all the staff or course was apathetic, Surya from the swimming pool area was really nice, also the staff from the towels pool station. And some at concierge were nice too. Overall, I wouldn’t come back. Though the beach is nice and you can swim sometimes (depending on the sea level) … the rest makes you feel uncomfortable.

This property was beautiful along with all the staff. Very secluded not easy to head out for a quick coffee or look around the markets, although the hotel does have a coffee shop on premises. My child loved the pool, slides and taking part in the independence day games. We had half board which was breakfast and dinner. Dinner options were limited at each restaurant. I probably would not do half board again due to the options provided.

We loved staying here. We love Hilton Hawaiian Village but Hilton Bali was even better. Great for families. Great for those who just want to relax and swim. Calling ride share was no problem. Grojek worked better than Grab though.

Disappointing Presidential Villa Experience We stayed at Hilton Bali Resort and booked the Presidential Villa, expecting a luxurious and seamless 5-star experience. Unfortunately, our stay began with major disappointment and frustration. When we arrived, the villa — the most premium accommodation at the resort — was not ready at the guaranteed 3 PM check-in time. Instead, we were placed in a small temporary room and could only access the villa at 9 PM, by which time our children were already asleep. We had traveled from Singapore as a family to enjoy the private pool and relax together during the day — and that entire first day was lost. To make matters worse, the A/C in the villa wasn't working properly, and technicians had to come in and out, further affecting our privacy and comfort. The resort also had a serious mosquito issue, even indoors, which was especially unpleasant for our kids. What was most disappointing was how the hotel initially handled the situation. They first offered only a shuttle service to dinner as compensation — for hours of delay and missed experience in the most expensive villa on the property. It took multiple discussions and strong follow-up from our side before they offered a 50% refund on the first night, complimentary dinner, and spa treatments. While we appreciate the eventual gestures, the fact that we had to push for basic accountability at a 5-star Hilton resort is deeply disappointing. The value of the first night was never delivered,

My perfect choice of stay in Bali

Hilton Bali Resort is an excellent place to stay for days! Staffs are friendly. Location is nice. Having fantastic ocean view. Room is clean and nicely made up daily.
