This hotel was perfect to stay in the night before graduation. The staff was extremely friendly and the location was a 10 min drive from campus. The rooms were very spacious and it was quiet and relaxing. The one complaint was the pillows were very lumpy and flat and my mother's bed sunk to where here head was down and her legs were down but her mid-section was raised (basically her bed arched in the middle) but other than that it was a very nice stay and we will be staying again for my next graduation.

Couldn't find restaurant. Food poor qualith. Phone didnt work. Knocking sound near bathroom not AC.

A perfect stop for those traveling from Arizona to the Bay Area. Easy access from freeway and easy departure. Attached restaurant was quite good. Might be noisy when filled with conventioneers, but very quiet for us.

We have a small son and driving 9+ hours to go see the family doesn't work for someone so young. We have to take the trip in 2 days and Bakersfield is a great halfway point. This hotel is great for us. It is a nicer hotel like I'm used to with work travel, but it needs to be remodeled, so the cost is much lower than what I usually pay while on work travel. For my needs, this is extremely good value! Even though this hotel is a little shabby for it's class, it is still very nice and the food is good if you need to eat at the hotel. We will be stopping here on our future trips!

Awesome Hotel & great service, clean and nice comfortable rooms with cozy beds. Overall experience was beyond greatness!! I would recommend to all guest and friends.

Nice clean hotel. Didn't have coffee in my room and front desk said housekeeping was in meeting and would bring up coffee but never did. Other than that overall experience was great.

The room was Comfortable and clean and I enjoyed a relaxing stay. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling alone.

Very enjoyable, I will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast at the attached restaurant is overpriced, but you can offset this by putting the tag on your door to keep them from cleaning everyday (they give you a $5 voucher if you do this). Free wireless was kind of slow. Nice and clean. Nice landscaped grounds. Plenty of food choices nearby. Great for business travel.

After originally booking a cheaper hotel in Bakersfield only to be disgusted and run out Four Points was an oasis. The pool was clean and well lighted for a night swim. The beds were super fluffy and comfy. The staff was wonderful. I really don't have a negative, other than the handicapped accessible shower spraying water all over the bathroom.

Good, shampoo and conditioner in dispenser. Otherwise high end

I've been staying at this hotel for years when I travel to Bakersfield. It has been one of the best hotels in the area because it is located in an easy to access location, it has very comfortable beds, they provide free wifi and the staff are always helpful. Also, their fitness center is great.

The staff was accommodating, letting me check in a couple hours early. The room was very clean. It was relatively quiet allowing us to rest.

I have stayed at a few hotels in Bakersfield over the years and this is definitely the best for your money. Close enough to Starbucks and decent restaurants. Close to the highways. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean.

Nfce large room with everything you need, microwave, frige, T.V., comfortable bed, and large bath and shower. Will stay there again.

Very nice hotel Nice Location Good Amenities Would stay there again.

Had a wonderful time at the Sheraton. Very clean, quiet, free wi-fi, pool and jacuzzi...Had dinner at the Bistro-everything was yummy. Would recommend-next time, we plan on staying 2-3 days...

Everything was ok except that the TV cable didint work well. The cable system had some connections troubles.

I have been traveling to Bakersfield for business recently, and testing out the different hotel/motel options. I don't really like staying downtown after I found the Lassens, and the businesses on the west side of town. I liked the layout of the property, plenty of parking (I don't stay at the Padre because of the valet requirement--I want to be able to go to my car w/out talking to the valet). I will probably stay there again.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. There were no refrigerators in the rooms (a feature we like) and no free breakfast. The restaurant was a bit expensive, so we didn't try it. We were there for a funeral, so it wasn't the best of trips all around.
