Great location was very close to where we needed to be and awesome staff.
Front desk manager was impolite when I requested and verified through my reservation I needed a non-smoking room. She then up-charged me an additional $5 for one. She blamed the website for misleading me. Once in the room, it was not clean at all. There were smears of mystery things on the walls and in the bathroom-not ideal since we have a toddler. Room had a dingy and moldy odor. After we checked out, I realized we left my son's handmade blanket in the room. I called within 2 hours of our check out to request it be sent to our home, she said the room hadn't been cleaned yet and they would send it. She passed me off to someone else to get my address and info-I offered to pay COD for shipping. Blanket has yet to arrive.
The staff was nice but that is about the only positive thing about this hotel. There aren't any restaurants or anything around so u have to travel to find places to eat. The room was funky and very dated. They obviously haven't been painted in years. And if they did they picked colors straight out of the 90's. The shower curtain was stained and dirty and all of the fixtures where rusty. The bed was hard and squeaky. Also there were bums pushing there carts through the halls at night. Won't be stating there again.
This was one of my worst experiences at a hotel. I booked this hotel because I trusted the Ramada hotel chain. I was very, very disappointed.
The A/C was noisy. It kept me awake all night. The bathroom was dirty with mold on the tube surround. The pool was closed.
This is a typical roadside hotel. The air condition had two settings... off and freezing.
Rooma were ok... Pool needed cleaning.
The hotel was being re-done. I had to walk around wet paint, fresh asphalt, cones & tape. The air conditioner in the room was not very good. The only way it kept the room cool was by running all day and all night. The wall paper was peeling in several places. And the one couch felt more like a bench than a couch. The room was very small and crowded. Would not recommend to anyone that I know.
