The hotel was pretty decent and the staff is very nice. But the hotel's price/performance ratio seems a bit low for its location. The entry and the breakfast were pretty good, but most of the hotel is fairly ordinary.

We stay there about 2 times a year and have seen a decline in the room quality. The beds seem to be old so it makes noise moving on the bed. The caulking in the bathroom is pealing and the counter tops cracked and open not sealed. But over all the stays are nice with the staff and what we need.

We stay here when we attend an event at the arena (walking distance). Very nice hotel, with options for dining inside and around the hotel. There’s also a cinema close by. It’s within walking distance of the Library and Amtrak train station.
