Great location in the country. House was exactly as represented and communication with host was excellent. Very nice drive into Frankfort through the countryside without need to get on interstate. Visited several Distilleries and Horse Farms, including a visit to Keeneland for the races. The hot tub was great to come home and relax each evening.

Iris our host was extremely prompt in responding to my questions/messages & was very friendly. Unfortunately we (my husband & I) needed to sleep in the guest room due to some bugs that were found in the upper King room. The back deck furniture & fire pit was very nice, however the Neighbors’ dogs are barkers so that put a damper on the relaxation vibe.

Absolutely gorgeous property, with more amenities than we managed to fit in to our short trip. The house was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We will certainly be back to try the hot tub and popcorn maker since we didnt leave ourselves enough time this trip!

Bourbon Trail Vacation

The house was very clean and comfortable. Iris supplied everything we needed plus so many extras. It was a bit too hot to enjoy the lower patio with the fire pit and hot tub but we did take advantage of the game room area in the basement, which was awesome. Iris responded immediately to any questions we had. A truly enjoyable place to stay. We would stay here again! We will be back when we run out of bourbon!

Perfect Get Away Spot close enough to get delivery

Came home to Kentucky for a short visit with friends after I took a job in Pennsylvania last year. The property was clean, beautiful, peaceful, and felt more like home than any other vacation rental I’ve used in the past. I was even surprised that I could get Walmart delivered and door dash. I will be staying again on future visits - and will bring my toddler and husband next stay.

Kentucky derby girls weekend

Iris was such a lovely and thoughtful host! The house had everything you could want and was the CLEANEST property I’ve ever stayed in. The property was private and quiet with an amazing deck and hot tub!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!

The Perfect Getaway

We recently stayed at this lovely property, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a beautifully maintained home that exceeded our expectations.The location is fantastic, situated near much of the bourbon trail, making it easy to explore the area. The property is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation.The amenities provided were top-notch. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living spaces were comfortable and inviting. We especially loved the hot tub, shuffle and dart board and video games, which added so much to our stay.Communication with the hosts was seamless. They were quick to respond to any questions and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this property is a gem! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. Would certainly stay here again.

House and amenities were top notch. Very beautiful home and was as described plus more. Couple little hitches(nothing that would stop us from going back) with our stay, but communication with host was excellent. One of the best homes we have stayed in.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay. Property was easily accessible. All amenities listed were present on property. Beds were extremely comfortable. Dogs barking at the neighbors in the middle of the night was a little annoying but expected from listing. Only thing missing was shower gel in guest bathroom but we weren’t concerned.

Home in the woods

We had a great time in this comfortable home! It had everything we needed plus more. The deck on the back was awesome to view the surrounding woods during the day & the stars at night! Highly recommend it!
