Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. Arrived at 12:30am after a 6 hour drive for check in with no one to be found. Waited a round for almost a half an hour until the associate showed up. He claimed he was fixing a tv but came in from outside. Did nothing to compensate for it. Upon check out wasn’t even asked how our stay was.

Stayed here 4 nights. The good parts are very friendly front desk staff. Great breakfast options. And close to the attractions in town. The bad for us was the room. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows also not comfortable. Hardly slept due to that. Also had an issue with a worker walking into our room while we were changing.. did not feel comfortable with that ether...

This is our favorite hotel in Frankfort. But it has declined since our last trip. Our room had a broken toilet seat lid, a faucet that needed repair, and a bathroom vent that didn’t work. The outside furniture was also run down. I hope they will improve the maintenance because, otherwise, it is a great place to stay. (Other than the overwhelming smell of cleanser as we walked in the front door—I hope they change that too.)

The room was very clean, quiet & nice. The only issue I had was that the EV chargers kept going offline. I had to ask the front desk to check on them. Was hoping to charge to 100% overnight, but only got to 55%.

Ultimately ended up staying here after a long day of travel and needing to get off the road. Called a few hours ahead of my arrival to inquire about the availability of any rooms, the staff member stated they had 1 more room left and the rate was $408. I then directly checked the website and saw a rate of $248. Ultimately ended up going with expedia since they had the lowest rate, not sure why I was about to get upcharged. Parking was very limited since they were sold out for the night, I was traveling with a trailer and inquired about any additional parking or areas I could park at. I was basically told to either park in the property parking lot, or check with property next door and ask if I can park in their lot but then I’ll be liable if any problems arise from me parking there. And if they say no then I’m basically out of luck. Very frustrating to hear after traveling all day. Got into the room and Discovered the thermostat on the wall was broken and didnt work, and the drain for the shower/tub was broken and was just laying on the floor of the tub. Not exactly the room or welcome I was expecting after a long day of traveling.

We came for a trip down the bourbon trail. This was extremely convenient for the 3 we visited-Buffalo trace, four roses, and woodford reserve. It was right off the highway as well. The only thing I wish we’d known is the housekeeping/linen schedule/request. We got it ironed out though.
