Very good, basic accommodation

I was a bit let down by the outside appearance of the building and entry, but was pleasantly surprised by the inside of the unit. It was very clean, the bed very comfortable (with premium sheets) and the kitchen was clean and well appointed. My daughter and i were very comfortable there for a long weekend.

Nice little neighborhood in Austin

The location was wonderful for our family trip to Austin. There is a bookstore and coffee shop next door to the apartment building. There is a cute park with swings and a playground a block away and a quiet, safe neighborhood in which we could walk our dog. We would definitely recommend this host or stay here again.

2nd time’s a charm!

Another great stay at this charming spot. Hosts were great before, during, and after or booking / stay. Was excited to share the Hyde Park neighborhood with my spouse; with the walkability of the area and perfect location of this unit, it was easy peasy. Perfect stay.

Speedway Townhouse

We rented for three nights while we were in town meeting with friends. This place is in a nice neighborhood with a nice little market on the corner next to the complex which made it convenient for incidentals. Didn’t spend a whole lot of time here, but great place to crash at the end of the day.I would recommend it if you are looking for a place to centrally locate while in Austin.

We enjoyed the Hyde Park neighborhood--it felt like our own back home. The host was more than accommodating in the text messages we exchanged. Said all you have to do is call! Minor nits to pick: We wished the kitchen were better supplied. Not enough dishwasher pods or flatware especially. The TP supply didn't last, either.

Perfect location. Super clean Hyde Park gem.

Property was perfect. I was attending a class in the area and this was within 5 minutes. Surrounding area is a big plus & great for walks/runs. Apartment is simple, no frills, but all you need in a spotless package. Home was functionally furnished with all necessities provided. Really enjoyed proximity to dining, coffee, etc.

This was our first visit to Austin. Great Music and excellent restaurants. You can take a short drive to the hill country for a great rural experience too. Hyde Park is perfect access to downtown and the university.

This property was in a great place. Next door to two great coffee places and so walkable. The apartment is spacious and very liveable. Managed extremely well. However, basic in terms of kitchen and bathroom.

Perfect Place!

Everything about this place is great! Super comfortable bed, everything is labled & easy to find, and it's super cozy. Communication with the property manager was consistent and thorough. It's in the perfect location to get to so many great spots, too. Im looking forward to staying here again on my next Austin trip!

Great Place in Austin

Close to UT. Great Neighborhood. Lots of friendly people walking their dogs, running, and riding bikes. Location was quiet. Awesome having the washer and dryer. Host was very responsive when there was a question.
