Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

The parking was advertised as 2 cars comfortably and no on street parking. We had a very hard time parking 2 cars. It is more like a 2 compact car driveway.We also had a live mouse in our pita chip bag which we released in the backyard, and several bugs. I think more pest control would be helpful.The home is in a great location and the common space/kitchen is very spacious, bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed.

Convenient to downtown Austin.

Great base for SXSW

A lovely property that was perfect for our party of 6. Very comfy beds, plenty of towels and linen and great facilities. A short walk away from bars and cafes and easy access to downtown by foot (approx 30-35mins) or by scooter. We loved the fire pit and outside seating area.
