The lobby was fantastic. I was not impressed with the condition of the rooms.

Nice place and great location.

The overall vibe of the hotel was very "Austin." Music was great, service was spot on and the lobby was inviting and a great spot to hang out with a book or glass of wine.

Great pool, enjoyed the bikes, fun music.

Good location but in a construction zone. Very dark lighting in all areas. Bathroom door to heavy to close and shower did not have a full door.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating

I thought this was going to be a super fun trip to Austin. When we arrived I was excited that they had a room for us early (noon). We checked in and carried our own luggage, which was fine. But shortly after we headed out for our day in the city, I got a call that my room needed to be moved. Which is also fine, but I had plans with people all day, and wasn't able to make the change until later in the evening. After lunch I brought some friends back to the pool to sit and have some drinks. But the restaurant and bar were closed, the pool was closed (too many people) and the staff was definitely over extended. The next day when we headed out (again for the entire day) we came back to our room early evening to discover our lock wasn't working. Our room had been unlocked from some period of time (all day/part of the day) and we had no idea. As a mother traveling with her daughter it was truly scary. The in room dining was not available for either of the days we were there and anytime I tried to go into the restaurant or bar it was closed. Definitely would not recommend.

Service was quite good, including the valet service which can be very hit or miss at hotels generally. The location is great for exploring that side of Austin downtown life, be it the lake or Rainey Street. Finally, the in-site restaurant Geraldine's is pretty terrific option for live music and food - recommend the fried chicken there!

The interior was nice but that was it, there was construction starting at 7am so we had hammering and drilling waking us up everyday not to mention the pool was shut down and parking was 50 dollars a night. They also shut off the hot water for the better part if a day. Horrible experience

nice place and pool with a view. we were there 4 days and we had asked for towels and they were never sent. we were also incorrectly charged for an extra night-which was supposed to be free. staff is nice

Way to expensive for nothing .. they could have reduced the price for all the amenities we lost.

Staff was very friendly and attentive to the extent they could be during these current times. However, I do not believe it was worth $715 for a 3 night stay and parking.

The king spa suite with lake view was very impressive! I loved the light fixtures, furniture design, and overall feel of the whole hotel from the lobby to the incredible deep soaking tub overlooking the bay bridge. I will be back often.

Happy hour was nice. Free coffee in the morning. Great experience I will book there again

The location and the interior design is beautiful.
