It was a perfect stay at the hotel, staff was very nice and respectful, the hotel was clean and everything in its place, definitely will stay there next time

This location was perfect for getting in and out of downtown as well as the University easily without paying the higher rates of more centrally located hotels. The breakfast was basic but still what we needed to start the day.

The hotel met my expectations to a T. Great location. Only minutes away from downtown Austin. The concierge was very friendly and even offered us the suite because there were no regular rooms available. The price point was affordable for location and quality of Fairfield was excellent. They served complimentary breakfast which has a great selection. Thanks for making my birthday special. :)

Very good but missed breakfast cutoff at 9am wish had been till 10 AM

The hotel is OK. It's a bit old. The swimming pool water was a little cold, and the floor was wet and slippery. The carpet in corridor seemed dirty and needed some improvement. The location is not that good, no food around and seemed to be in a rundown area. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good.

great location, friendly staff, clean room... very happy with my stay.

Quick business trip, friendly staff, great breakfast and very close to downtown...Happy with my stay

about average except an employee scanned a document for me and emailed it to me. That was great and very helpful as the business center did not have a scanner as most hotels do not. above the call of duty! morning manager of January 15th

Safe and dependable. Always know it will be comfortable and that staff is attentive.

Very clean, everyone was helpful. I would stay again, in fact, we will stay again tonight!

we travel for band UIL. Used the hotel as a rest stop for us. We picked this hotel because of the lacation. It worked out just fine for us.

The front desk personnel where friendly and professional. I did have problems with their Wi Fi and am certain is was a problem with the hotels system. While the rooms where clean, the baths could use upsdating. This hotel is a good choice for an economical, centrally located place.

Stayed at the Fairfield for SXSW and everything was great except for the price.

Great location, not far from any inside or outside Austin destination. Clean rooms, attentive staff.

I would have to say that overall the stay was very pleasant from the moment we walked through the door. The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous to my daughter and I, even though we were still dressed down from driving. I did have a problem with my key card, but since we had two this wasn't a concern. I might also add that paying in advance takes away quite a bit of front desk time, so that was a plus. I had no problem getting to sleep in the evenings and neither did my kid. The only minor complaint I have is the treadmill. I'm okay with the fact that there were only two cardio machines available, but the treadmill was rather loud. I sort of felt guilty for using it earlier on in the morning, but I did leave the door slightly ajar. I opted not to use it the next day and went for a run outdoors so as not to wake anyone else up. The breakfast area was small, but I felt they had a good selection of food, including some healthier options. When we left, there were no issues checking out and we had the same person at the front desk that was there when we checked in. Any interaction with the staff was always pleasant and I will be happy to stay here again when we come back to visit with family.

Great staff, big rooms, big breakfast, and nice indoor pool & Spa!!!

visiting family - room small but adequate, clean with good supply of towels

small rooms and high price for the money... very bad location not easy on/off from the interstate,

Everything was great except one lady on the staff. I called the front desk to see if they had any tylenol for my boyfriend and the women just said "no i do not" and hung up....other than that it was fine.

Every time we have stayed there we have been satified with the cleanleness and service.
