The area was terrible very sketchy characters, the room had water damage and I had to move to another room, the bed and pillow hurt my back. The pictures are very misleading which just added to overall terrible experience. If I could have a refund I would’ve appreciated it more than my stay there.

2 stars is honestly generous. the parking lot was filled with trash which wasn't a good first impression. The staff was friendly but that's the only positive thing. One elevator was out of service and the other one should have been. When the doors opened, it hadn't completely settled and was still moving. When the door shut, it was squeaky and it felt super unsafe. So much so that we walked the stairs the entire time and we were on the 5th floor! They apparently kept the used towels in a pile on the floor in the stairwell. The first room we got into stunk badly and there was some kind of wet gloop on the couch. The second room was hot and felt like a sauna. Finally, the 3rd room was fine but didn't have enough towels.

Thankfully, we didn’t experience the full horror that most of these reviews claimed. although there wasn’t a bad smell, mold or any type of bugs in the room, we did have blood stains on the top comforter and red stains (hopefully not blood) on the dirty carpet (that still had dog food and beer bottle caps all over the floor). Breakfast was all bread, cereal and donuts from Walmart and they weren’t afraid to show the Walmart label on the package. Over all it wasn’t the worst experience but it was not good enough for my wife and I to return to. Pay a little extra to stay somewhere else

The checking took 45 minutes to an hour. The guy at the front desk was not helpful at all and very dry and not welcoming. The room had no do not disturb tag to hang outside the door.
