I had stayed here numerous times in the past and the property has really gone down in condition etc. They pulled out the microwave and fridge without updating the site. Showerhead was almost falling off and leaking and a/c made way too much noise. Won’t be staying here again.

Everywhere in the hotel there were smells of marijuana, the beds were unkept and both had stains and one bed had a dead bug. The sink was clogged. Overall hotel smelled dirty. Receptionists however provided customer service.

It took me 2 hrs and 5 rooms that I dragged my luggage to. Each room has broken furniture, no lights, shower hose was broken in one water went everywhere. My key stopped working the first day. And I didn’t even get the room I paid extra for. No one has offered any reconciliation for me

The floor needs to be changed out (it had stains that looked like blood). The TV reception was shotty. The keycard didn't work the second day there. However, the staff was really good.

Absolutely nasty. There was trash mounds of it that stayed there and no matter how many times I asked the front desk to have it removed. They never removed it. It was horrible, absolutely horrible nasty it stunk and rude staff.

The carpet had cigarette burns, elevator was down and the other elevator was dirty. The exteriors had trash and the lobby wasn’t welcoming. The staff was ok, just not as engaging as expected. The rooms were nice except they didn’t change out the sheets nor give us towels or toilet paper.

Parking was convenient, the hotel was good. The staff was really friendly. The only thing I could say is that the room had a weird smell, and the TV didn't really work. Most of the channels were not good, the signal was just bad.

There was no stay on Oct. 23, 2025. I was booking at 1:58am on 10/24/25 for dates Oct 24-26, 2025 for a funeral and your website somehow booked for 10/23/25. When calling was told I had to contact the hotel, which I did only to be told that I had to contact hotels.com due to booking being through a 3rd party. I've called & chatted multiple times for refund to be done. It makes no sense to book a hotel same day and be provided the date before.

The room had cockroaches. Transferred to a second room and it did not have power. I was transferred to a third room, and the water was not draining in the sink. Then the A/C was not working. After requesting another room as the A/C was not working, the staff begrudgingly transferred to another room. I will not stay in this hotel ever.
