Everything was excellent a really great Hotel! You can tell that they strive to go above and beyond! Double beds could be a bit bigger but we truly enjoyed the stay!!

Short stay but lovely place to spend our wedding night.

The Granduca is a lovely hotel, with great appointments a nice, restaurant, bar and staff. A very lovely hotel

Hotel is run down. Lighting in room is awful, carpeting was stained.

We absolutely love this hotel! The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and welcomed us to Texas with much southern hospitality. The room was amazing, from the decor to the included amenities, to the fact that it was actually quiet and relaxing. This will be our go-to hotel every time we visit Austin. The parking is a breeze and the grounds are quite beautiful. The pool is outdoors and heated and they also have a wonderful inner courtyard. I loved reading about the history of the hotel and appreciating the artwork throughout.

One of the worst experiences ever, hotel was great, staff was nice, but not the manager, and they kicked me out or would let me stay for $700 a night. I had come for 3 nights, and realized I needed to stay longer for SXSW, so I called and moved my flight 2 days and asked the hotel to extend my stay 2 nights. The next day I woke up at 10, went down to have breakfast which I missed, had a pizza with an egg on top instead, they were accommodating there. Then go to go back to my room after finishing some work to find my key didn't work. Go downstairs and they tell me I only extended my stay 1 more night. They said they DO have a room, however it's a suite, I said ok, that's fine, I don't mind an upgrade afterall. They said well we can't just give it to you, it will be $400 more per night. I was like $400? Mind you all in I was paying $300 already! SXSW hotels were like $300-$1k a night madness. So they basically kicked me out of the hotel, I had to go find some dumpy new hotel and took my chances. Also, constructively, the food options weren't convenient and overpriced as breakfast ended at 11 and all that was left were dinner options, except 1 burger, some salads and pizza ($18 for the personal pizza).

We picked this hotel online, without knowing Austin at all, and were delighted with our choice.

was good, but you are out a good way from city center

Went to Austin for a couple of days and decided to stay at Granduca based on the reviews posted by other travelers. The hotel is located in a great area, quiet, but also convenient to downtown Austin, shopping, and dining. The staff was very polite, ready to accommodate any request, including a roll away bed as the suite had only a king bed and did not work for our party. The bathroom, although it was open to the bedroom, which was a bit unusual mainly because it had no door to the water closet, it worked out OK. The shower and separate tub were large, the extra towels and toiletries were all top of the line and enhanced the overall experience. The in room coffee maker and the separate espresso machine were also a nice touch. Another great amenity was the hotel pool; very well maintained and open from 6 am to 10 pm. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

The hotel is in a great location and provides hill country experience close to Austin. The staff is great and the bar and restaurant are nice too. Very calm and quiet with excellent views and a salt water pool. We had a weekend getaway for me and my wife and were extremely happy.

What a great escape! Our anniversary celebration was enhanced by the exquisite customer service. From the moment we pulled up in the drive to the moment we pulled away, we felt spoiled. Christopher provided great service and advice while we dined in the restaurant. Instead of traveling to Tuscany, we will make the drive to Hotel Granduca in Austin.

Stayed twice during one week. Beautuful hotel, very friendly staff eager to please. Breakfast wait staff sometimes seemingly disappears. :-)

Amazing all around!!! I had the best b day ever. The staff were very nice and service was amazing. We had a nice room with a great view. Really nice location too. Close to gas stations, restaurants, and stores. Close to downtown

I liked the free parking and decent gym with steam, sauna, jacuzzi and pool. this is a tranquil setting a 15 minute drive from the action.

Newer hotel in fine shape. Right on the highway, about 15 mins from downtown, close to a big shopping area. Excellent service.

The Granduca is the perfect hotel for my business travel needs. The hotel is pristine, quiet, well-located and the staff is fantastic.

Overall a great stay. Great room, awesome bed, huge restroom bigger than usual which was nice when numerous people are trying to get ready simultaneously. I wouldnt really come back though, I didnt like that our breakfast was delivered to the room cold and parking is valet only. These aren't complete deal breakers...this hotel just wouldn't be my 1st choice if I have other options.

This hotel, the theme, the luxury amenities and the style put its finger on the pulse of what we were seeking for our weekend stay, in celebrating our anniversary. It was only a 3 hour drive from the DFW area, but it was like we had ventured much further away. Close, but far away was a priceless bonus/experience for us. The surroundings made the romance part easy.

Best hotel in Austin hands down! A must stay if you are visiting the city.

The hotel's staff was impressive, polite & amazing. The accommodations were 5 star the rooms we're impeccably decorated & spotless & importantly quiet. The breakfast & brunch delicious. I can't stop raving about this hotel. You'll see.
