Beautiful boutique hotel! Great service! Beautiful pool; fitness center; fun vibe

Such a convenient location to campus and a lots of retro charm. Small rooms but cool vibe. .

I stayed while moving my daughter into an apartment. It was a lovely stay. The room was very large and spotless- much larger than other standard rooms. The decor was not run of the mill. It felt upscale and classy- like it was truly decorated professionally.

I had a bad order in my room. They took care of it immediately and made sure I was comfortable.

The Hotel Ella was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Austin. The location is convenient, they have a very good restaurant in the main building, a cozy comfortable bar, and lots of places to sit in the shade while enjoying a quiet drink or read. The pool, while small, is surrounding by places to sit, read and eat, and the landscaping is very well done. All in all, an absolutely great place to stay if you're visiting Austin

Highly recommend this hotel. Was in for a quick weekend night outing with friends and although I wasn't in the room that much, the hotel was really pleasant. Very comfortable bed and seating area in the room! Tried 2x to enjoy a beverage in the. At but it was so small with too few seats so ended up going elsewhere. Will definitely stay again in a future trip!

Great pool. Great staff. We'll go back again! Convenient location.

For the money I expected more. Like the valet parking but the price is too much for a night. One big issue. Toilet got stuck at night, and when called the front desk, nobody answered. Called again the the morning and they showed up, but bathroom stank all night.

Very nice historical hotel close to UT. Friendly staff. Great wrap around porch-perfect for relaxing with a cocktail.

Very convenient location for downtown Austin. ALL the staff were excellent: very friendly and helpful. The room was large and nicely furnished. The bed linens were high quality and the bed itself was very comfortable. High quality toilitry items, and bathroom finishes modern and clean. There were two minor items that kept me to a 4 rather than a 5 rating: the room had a slight old/musty smell and the towels were standard skimpy white towels--not plush or bathsheet size that I would have expected from a hotel of this quality. We enjoyed our stay here and plan to return on our next trip to Austin.

Courteous staff. Quiet and clean. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel close to downtown, UT campus. Hotel staff very impressive! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! It was a little further out from the conference center but Hotel Ella provides car service within 3 miles so I had the option to utilize the service.

Historic and contemporary mix of elegance and comfort Great room service and food Nice bar and lounge Good drinks Over the top service Spacious room Great water pressure & hot water Complimentary car service Quiet area away from craziness Definitely will come back

Clean and comfortable. Shuttle car was a great added convenience.

Beautiful quiet and unique place. Very close to UT Austin and downtown.
