Very nice all around ..people service good..counters service great

Great facility. The breakfast was nice as well. Gym was a bit small.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff was friendly and acknowledged me each time. Breakfast was hot and had a good variety each day. The room itself was clean, bathroom was in good condition and everything worked fine. I had no issues over the four days. Next time in Austin, I would stay here again!

This hotel is in a Great location. And I enjoyed the breakfast selection.

Front Desk Guest Service was great. One bed base was actually a danger to my children though. The base has a metal rod sticking out from under the mattress (Room 207) and I hit my leg with it and did get cut and bruised. Not happy about that incident.

Edriannna (manager on duty) was very polite. Night staff went out of his way to find me extra makeup removers. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. I was in town for the day only so I'm not sure about how convenient the hotel is to Austin attractions. The hotel was about 20mins from the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

I went to visit family in Austin and for the first time decided to be an adult and stay in a hotel, and be able to keep my own hours and not be a nuisance. I picked Hampton Inn for location and it sounded like the best bang for the buck. It was indeed. It's a great hotel, and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. My room was very comfortable, as was the bed. The pillows might've been a little lumpy, but it didn't keep me up at night. Was able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast a few times, and use the gym--Both were great. In short, I think I have a new place to stay when I visit the family and I will definitely be back.

Selected this hotel due to close proximity to appointment location. The bed was comfortable. Had great morning sun to warm room. Disappointed that sticky notes left on head board said that the duvet and sheets were cleaned for my visit, but found hairs on duvet. Additionally, found hair in tub. The shower head would not stay in place no matter how I adjusted it. Visit was OK.

Nice hotel, good amenities, no issues with late arrival and check in

One word to sum it up. Amazing. I had so much fun, friendly staff amazing view. Very helpful. Not to mention the breakfast was yummy!

This was our second stay at this hotel, and this stay was better than the first. The location and value combination here is great - close enough to a lot Austin has to offer but more reasonably priced than downtown options. Although this is clearly an older hotel that has been renovated, it has been updated well. The staff is fantastic from the moment you arrive until you leave. They acted on feedback from our first stay and replaced the old mattresses. The new ones are quite comfy, as I would expect from a new Hampton property. Also, they accommodated requests we had since we were travelling with our baby.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast is included, and includes eggs, hash Browns, bagels, cereal, etc. Coffee is available at all times in the lobby. Front desk staff was very helpful. I suggest that you request a room away from the Burger King drive through next door. My only complaint is that I could hear drive through orders from early in the morning until night.

Good location in Arboretum, near my meeting on highway 360. Staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet. I definitely would return if business brought me back to Austin.

The room was fine. The telephone did not work; however, the maintenance came and found an alternate solution. On the second night I was not able to reach the front to ask for a wake-up call.

The staff was very helpful and was there to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

This location is located perfectly in among key shopping and restaurants in northwest Austin. Easy freeway access. Rooms are spotless, staff is appropriately welcoming and complimentary breakfast is very appetizing. Given all of the above, this was a great value for the price.

The staff, location & facility are fabulous! The coffee is my only disappointment. Not a fan of the taste. Everything else is awesome! Across highway from The Domain...great restaurants and shopping :)

Friendly staff, great location and very clean! Great value!

Everyone was friendly, and welcomed me warmly. They were also eager to help with directions and suggestions for dining I asked for directions several times, which made it easy for me to find my way in Austin I would stay again there again
