Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I liked the location as I didn’t want to be right in the middle of downtown. Safe neighborhood, and Steve was very responsive and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This is listed as a family friendly home, and I felt that it was - lots of things there for children. For our stay, we had all adults in the 50 - 70 age range and the house was a great set-up for us as well. Centrally located to lots of things in Austin.

This place was perfect for a mom and 3-13 year old girls who were traveling for the Benson Boone concert. We were looking for somewhere close but not in the middle of the madness. This cute, quiet neighborhood felt safe and like home. The only thing I would complain about (haha) is that the pictures actually don’t do the house justice! -Charbonet Hightower
After the concert these girls curled up to enjoy a scary movie.

The accommodations matched the listing! Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Cozy and felt like home. Loved the walk to the pool along the wooded trail! Quiet neighborhood with greenbelt beyond back yard. Would stay here again!

This home was perfect for our trip. The property was exactly as described and beautifully decorated.I was there for a teacher conference and my team and I were so thankful to have found this property instead of being stuck at a hotel. We were able to cook our own meals, have our own rooms, and still have access to a beautiful pool. The hosts were great, provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay and communicated with us as needed. We loved our stay!

Family stay during summer camp

Would recommend property & stay againClean, spacious home with modern amenities in quiet community. Two adults, two teenagers5 minutes from McKinney Falls State Park where teen attended summer camp. Approx 20-30 min from most downtown locations depending on traffic & parking. Went downtown most days to run along Colorado River and get great coffee & tacos. 45 min to Inner Space Cavern. 30 min to mini golf, arcade, & kartingPlayed dozens of games of ping pong in the neighborhood amenity center (which was never busy). Lots of family games in closet. Prepared several meals in kitchen and laundry was helpful for our teen camper.

Quick trip to Austin.

If you wanna stay out of the downtown hustle and bustle, this is the absolute perfect place to stay. They have thought of everything you need. I for sure hope to return to this house.

Hidden Gem

This place was not only beautiful but very clean! It is 11 minutes away from the airport but you don’t hear the planes flying over. It’s very close to the city and about 1 hour and 20 minutes to Fredericksburg. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher but Sam not only took care of the issue he went above and beyond! I’ve rented a lot places on VRBO and this was by far the best. We truly felt like we were at home! I can’t recommend this place enough. I will definitely stay there again!

The owners were very helpful and addressed any issues immediately. The home was very close to COTA and the airport. Downtown is a little further away, but we enjoyed the neighborhood of the home. We enjoyed our stay.

Winter Retreat

Fun Family Weekend!

We were in town to visit family. This beautiful home was a great gathering place for us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and even spices. There’s a grocery store near by so we were able to save a lot of money by cooking our own meals. We were traveling with our grandkids and this house had a big assortment of toys to keep the happy all weekend! The swingset in the backyard was also a hit as was the neighborhood pool and playground. We will definitely stay here again!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Sam was very kind to us after we had to leave home due to a power outage. Beautiful well equipped home. We would definitely come back.
