Very nice place to stay

House was spacious and clean. Parking was great. The yard and fire pit were a big hit with us as well as the trail to the creek. We enjoyed our stay in Hill Country and would stay here again. The host was very responsive to our inquiries.

Awesome Retreat

We booked last minute looking to evacuate from hurricane and found an AWESOME retreat! The host communicated with us several times offering to assist in any way and if needed was also willing to extend our stay. We will definitely have this place in mind for future trips in Austin area. This house is secluded yet close to everything you could need.

I’m so grateful to be able to stay here with my family. We all enjoyed ourselves especially my dog as he loved the big back yard to run around in. We came for my sisters wedding and this was such a good spot near the venue that we couldn’t pass up. There was restaurants and a grocery store nearby which was helpful.

The host was very responsive.The house needs upgrades on ALLAppliances or repair. The dryer took 2 hours to dry a basic load. The oven temp was off. The dishwasher had rusted spikes on both levels. We had to go buy some pans in order to cook a meal

Great place for a bunch of people

The rooms where great, the bathrooms needed some maintenance, and the dishes in the kitchen where a mess. Other than that the wifi worked, the back yard and trail out back was great. The property managment team did respond and got any situation that came up fixed.

Great property at great location

This was an excellent rental for our family, including grandparents and kids under 10! The property was spacious and the house clean. The kids loved exploring the 3 acres and the creek. We enjoyed sitting and enjoying the sunsets of hill country. Quite near Salt Lick, Dripping Springs, and many good food options. Only 30 minutes from Austin downtown. Beds were super comfortable and supplies for dishwashing and laundry were helpfully provided. FYI that one of the king bedrooms is a garage conversion and does not have a door. My parents were able to hang up a curtain for privacy so it worked for us. Would highly recommend!

Great Stay

Check-in was a bit unorganized because we didn't receive the information to check in until around 8 pm, but it didn't really matter because we didn't arrive until about 9 pm. Excellent parking!! We had two huge, oversized trucks and trailers that the parking easily accommodated. The home was exactly as described and was very clean and comfortable. Good amount of space and we spent most evenings outside on the patio grilling after work and just relaxing (grill uses coals, so pack accordingly). One bedroom off the kitchen doesn't have a door, but there were screws above it that had obviously been used before, so I hung a blanket from it and it worked fine. When we walked in, the handle of the door broke, but being the construction workers we are, we just fixed it and moved on without bothering the property owner. It was not an issue. There was a huge party going on next door one night, but again, nothing really bothers us so it wasn't a big deal. We would definitely stay here again. The directions said not to put trash in the recycling, but I wasn't sure where the recycling was because both trash bins looked alike. Hopefully we did it correctly. Great experience.
