everything was great and also the room was down Stairs everything was cleAN AND SET UP NICE
Had bedbugs with video to prove it and when we confronted staff about the issue we were treated disrespectful and talked down on then made to check out so they didn't have to rectify the issue. Have stayed there before and slipped down the stairs due to leak in third a/c and was told sorry but what do you want us to do about it? Will never stay here again!!
Nice room and clean Very comfort and nice Hotel stuff is friendly
The staff was pleasant and attentive to my needs. I look forward to staying there again and I will refer friends and family when visiting Augusta
I stayed in one of the suite rooms it was very roomy and very clean. They have free breakfast but was not open soon enough for me so I had to get my own.
The room was warm and the kitchen area floor was so greasy that we were skating on it to get to the bathroom. The air conditioner was very noisy and you couldn't hear the television when it was going. The staff was very nice and friendly. Overall it was safe and acceptable for the cost but I would probably not stay there again.
The hotel was in quite poor condition. Half of the parking lot was closed. Which happened to be the half my room was on. Quite inconvenient. I wouldn't suggest this location to any friends or family.
Our family came to GA and we booked the Ramada over the Internet. We use the ramada in Chicago all the time so we felt that why not stick with Ramada. the room had a cat smell the bed had hair on bed sheet and the sheet was dirty in room two.We were given another room the sheets were dirty and that had hair also.
Awful. Room offered only single bed for 2 male adults. Smelled of smoke
Hotel needs updating, but the staff was excellent and room was clean. Ten minutes to the Masters and an easy route.
We needed a place to sleep and change clothes and this hotel provided that plus an ideal location of only 7-8 miles away from the course. It is old and in drastic need of an upgrade but very clean and a great staff.
We really enjoyed our 2 days stay in your facility. The play is coming back in the Augusta area in June.......see you then! Our accommodation were great!!
This place is not sanitary and should be condemned. I got in late at night to find the iron in the center of the floor with the 6 foot long cord left out to trip someone. Towels were not hung up and left in the sink. Found out in the morning the bath towel had a 6 inch hole in it. Walls are paper thin and there were two large holes in the ceiling. All i can say good about the place is my car didnt get stolen. But the worse hotel i have EVER stayed in before and when i went to complain there was a line of complainers and management didnt care.
We were visiting Ft. Gordon and needed a place to stay. I booked this hotel sight unseen, based on this website's portrayal and soooo wish I hadn't. This hotel smells, is extremely dirty, the linens look unwashed (as well as the towels) and the "free breakfast" is nothing more than little debby snack cakes and juice. Trust me, do not stay at this hotel. Here's hoping I don't grab bed bugs while I'm here.
A quick trip to connect with my son at Fort Gordon - just down the road two miles. Long day of driving but a good soak in the tub, comfortable bed and air conditioning made it a good stay.
Daughter was married to Army Pvt. We came from Michigan for event. Close to Ft. Gordon.
The clerk that was there when we checked in was very helpful. Our first room key didn't work and she promptly gave my son another key to try that did work. We also realized that our fridge was not working. The desk clerk (who is pregnant) found us another one and brought it to our room. We were very pleased with her service from the time we checked in.
QUIET,NICE AND AFFORDABLE ALTHOUGH I HAD TO ATTEND A FUNERAL IT WAS A SPLENDID STAY!

Hello...those comments of yours are uncalled for. We do not have a bug problem here. Your boyfriend was disrespectful to the General Manager and you forgot to mention that on you previous stay you or your boyfriend left 2 holes in our bathroom door, but that's is ok to damage a property? For which we still did not get a damage fee from you.
