Nice clean rooms

Okay. Sort of middle of nowhere in a dead, dying part of town. Not sure why this is rated higher than a few hotels on the riverfront or closer to restaurants. Staff is nice, but not knowledgeable of the area.
It is one my favor properties in Georgia. They were remodeling the breakfast area and you had to walk through that area and a part of the lobby every day. They could have put the breakfast set-up in one of the 1st floor rooms to make it comfortable for the guests.
Staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Hotel was clean.
Some of the employees remembered me from two years ago. Joe DS, Deborah GM, and a few of the housemen and Housekeepers.
Room was unusually big. We booked a room with two queens. About a 15 minute walk to the James Brown Arena or dining on the main street. Continental breakfast had hot and cold options.
No receipt issued at check out of the expenses I paid and I paid a 25.00 incidentals fee when I checked in although my credit card was on file
The hotel is in the heart of downtown. It has a security gate for guest parking which I think is necessary in this part of town.
Upscale, interior corridors, outdoor pool, near most downtown tourist activities, free local shuttle around downtown and to the airport.
Clean room, good beakfast with options for almost everyone
The hotel was clean and neat and nice staff, shuttle service was very good.
