I have stayed in numerous Doubletree hotels. A star rating is usually a three so this one intrigued me being a four. I thought it would be really nice and luxurious. Turns out it’s an old Sheridan rundown amenities are outdated, the room with poorly lid, the bathroom was not up to Doubletree standards with mold, possibly. I have learned that the name no longer means anything in a hotel except for the Embassy suites. This is the second Doubletree that I’ve stayed in. That had a three star or better rating that was not even close. The first one was in Gilbert, Arizona an old Motel 6 being renovated. If Doubletree wants to keep that name recognition of quality, I hope they will strive for excellence and not just live off of their name.

The staff was extremely courteous, so that was nice. Everyone was very friendly and smiled as we passed. The building didn't seem to be in the best shape, though. There's mold on the plants in the indoor poól room. The rooms could definitely be kept up better, well.

The staff was great. No complaints there. The hotel is very outdated. Not a 4 star hotel by far. Bugs in the closet. Had to change rooms. Other room wasnt much better. Nearly impossible to open and close the water in the bathroom. Shaggy elevators. This place needs a revamp asap. Will not stay there again.

Door to the room didn't close very well. Room itself was clean and peaceful. Breakfast wasn't as good as it should have been for the price. Dinner was excellent. All of the staff was amazing and very welcoming.

We was in room 528 . In the bathroom had black hair all over the wall. Moved to room 207 in this room the sheets on the bed were dirty and filthy, in the living room dog

There was a lot of trash and broken glass in parking lot. My room still had the previous guests dirty towels in bathroom. The carpet was pretty stained. I searched expedia for a hot tub and indoor pool but after checking in I learned the hot tub had been removed and the indoor pool was too cold to swim in. The staff was very friendly, the room was quiet, and beds were comfy.

I cannot recommend this property in its current state. The room was dilapidated, with visible rust in the shower, holes in the walls, and a detached AC cover. Safety was also a concern with the low shower lighting and non-functional elevators. Additionally, guests should watch out for the $15/person breakfast charge, which felt steep given the room quality. The only highlight was the friendly staff's fulfillment of our request for a small microwave.

The staff was excellent. It’s the hotel itself that needs an upgrade. The room was good and I found the reason why because the unit in the room was not seal from the outside. I could literally reach out and the snow and ground. We was moved to another room and we left some things in the other room. We went back it was gone. Also we paid for breakfast and we couldn’t get breakfast because the cooks wasn’t able to come in. We wasn’t offered a refund.

The handle for the hot water on the sink was very rusted and very hard to turn on. The shower barely became warm even when turned completely to the hot water option. There was strands of hair along the toilet and on the sink left from the previous guest.
