The place has roaches so bring your own cleaning supplies. They do not collect trash, you have to take it out yourself. Staff said management would throw the trash back in my room. Was told i could 2 rags for 4 people in a room with 2 beds that sleeps 4 people. The staffer soth dreads is horribly rude along with front desk not being helpful. People smoke less than 5 ft from the front door. They checked me out of my hotel before my check out date.

The ladies in the front office were super friendly. The hotel room itself was super old. It seemed clean but I put on my own sheets and blankets. There was no amenities at all. I was a little upset that I was an evacuee from hurricane Dorian and I only ended needing to stay two nights versus three, thank goodness, but was not refunded for the third night. I also was charge the pet fee for my little dog when I heard many other hotels waiving such a fee for evacuees. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

I told them my sister was in the hospital and I was up there all night with her and would like a late check out. Not only did they deny that- they woke me up at 10:30 wanting to “inspect” the walls. Then they called at 10:45 wanting to know if I wanted to rent another night. Really?

I was in the area to purchase a home to relocate to augusta, however the internet WI FI was down not functioning for 5 of the 7 days I stayed. I was forced to move to accomodation that had WI FI fully in service as the time spent at woodspring suites, I was dead in the water. I have stayed in augusta another two weeks or more to find housing.

The nicest staff I have ever been around! Was made to feel very welcome! Love the free dinner :)
