Paid twice as much as nearby properties. Was disappointed upon getting to the room. Glasses were visibly dirty. AC did not work in living room. There was a bed sitting in the living room with no bedspread on it. The ends of the bed were visibly dirty. The hand towel hanging in the room had a corner with a 4 inch hole torn in it. The ice maker had no water hook up so could not make ice. Overall VERY disappointed for what I paid and expected vs what we experienced. Rating this LOW to help other travelers.
A roach was crawling in the kitchen area in my room. The tub faucet was leaking.
This hotel was very conveniently located off the highway, and the room was spacious. There were thoughtful amenities, and the hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast wasn't great, but we'd happily stay here again.

The kitchen was surprising well appointed. Pots and pans, pot holders and dish towels, peeler, knives and can opener, in addition to plates, cups and glasses and flatware. Nice job!
The room was not cleaned well at all. There were pieces of broken balloons all over, pieces of paper and varsbiard, etc. Also - there was a huge stain on the sheets. Just not a very welcoming environment.
Everything was great from check in to the room to the breakfast. The pillows were extremely comfortable, i forgot to get the name of the pillows.
My family and I traveled to Augusta for the Thanksgiving holiday. I am so disappointed we chose to stay at the Staybridge suites. Our first room (yes, I said 1st room) was infested with ladybugs and the pull out couch still had dirty linen on the bed. The second room we checked into didn't have a clock, it had a television that wouldn't turn off, the ink pen on my bedside table was chewed on the end, and when my husband sat on the the toilet seat lid it snapped in half. We chose to stay with family Thanksgiving night, and upon returning our room keys didn't work! The staff were nice, but better customer service could have made our situation a little more bearable. We had put the trip behind us... until the Staybridge Suites, charged me AGAIN for this awful trip. I am so upset, and I wish we could have had a better outcome. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE STAYBRIDGE SUITES IN AUGUSTA AGAIN!
Everything was great, service, staff, room, location, etc. Free full breakfast, room had everything in it that you would need, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen sink, kitchen cabinets, dishes, silverware, flat screen TV, internet service, etc. The motel/room is new and clean. The location is within a few minutes of great eating including bonefish, red lobster, olive garden, etc. and great shopping, near the Augusta Mall, the army base, small shopping centers, etc. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone looking to stay in the Augusta area.
Night staff was rude and made it seem like they did not want to be working. Anything asked of them was an inconvience. They gave us a queen sized room even though we were supposed to have a king bed. Went to the rude staff and she said that our room was a queen when it wasnt. Will never stay here again
I had to travel with aged parent and relative. The in-house free laundry was very helpful. Was not expecting full kitchen, and two digital TVs, which allowed me to relax in the evenings. Hotel is just off I-20, with access to a couple of malls 10 minutes away. Also lots of places to eat nearby. Note: Room cleanup is not done on weekends.
