Breakfast is garbage and misleading posters (posters show eggs Benedict but in reality you have to pay for this) - the included breakfast has no hot foods and only a few pastries and cereals, staff are low energy and don’t give you all the info you need to know (e.g. accessing parking, after hours access to hotel, etc). Overall the hotel amenities were misleading, and really gave off budget hotel vibes. The physical appearance of the hotel, and the hotel rooms were fantastic - they were spacious, clean and comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfy room. Beds were amazing. Fantastic location as close to Spark Arena and our car rental office. Easy walking distance to the main shopping areas and the foreshore/Viaduct area. Would happily return.

Being so close to Spark & Britomart was a bonus. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Air conditioning was noisy, couch could have done with a clean as smelt a bit. Great value for the price.
Front desk staff were very helpful in getting us sorted, as there was a booking error with Wotif. Rooms were clean and house cleaning staff were great too. Can recommend for a nice and central location.
Such a good stay! Me and my teen stayed here for the Doja Cat concert, and trust me, the location was unbeatable. It's like a 3-minute walk if that. It was so nice to walk out of Spark Arena and straight to bed.
Hotel was tidy and clean. Beds were comfortable, and we were offered free drinks from the restaurant downstairs.
It's a close enough walk to Commercial Bay and an easy uber to and from the Airport. Highly recommend.

We stayed during a very busy concert period and the hotel was really full but there were plenty of friendly staff which made check in a quick, smooth process. The family room/suite was great - tons of space, clean and quiet.
