I liked that it was conveniently close to Spark Arena, eateries and supermarket. And all the staff at front desk were welcoming and accommodating. We changed our room on the first night. Clean, spacious, open plan lounge/dining/kitchenette with balcony. It just wasn't serviced during our three night stay - had to phone for clean towels. Friendly staff though. Thanks.

Bed was super comfy. Water pressure in the shower was great. Breakfast was delicious. Miss communication about parking. Claims the rooms are sound proof. But i could still hear babies crying down the hallway, the neighbors coming and going, banging things etc. But ultimately very happy with my stay and the service

Willow on reception was very helpful and efficient. It was Matariki holiday and we had forgotten. Te Huia train was not running for long weekend. We were able to book in to Nesuto Beach rd which was an easy walk. We made alternative travel arrangements to Hamilton and on checkout again staff were pleasant and helpful.
