Convenient to POI and transport, and clean. Not Hotels issue to correct, was verbally abusive and noisy homeless citizens. The traffic and pedestrian noise could be reduced by better sound proofing on the lower floors Also couldn’t understand why two rooms on the same booking where at the most extreme possible ends of the same floor

Always enjoyable however felt very sorry for the lovely receptionist on duty on 5Oct25. You needed more than 1 receptionists check out was extremely for everyone however she was wonderful.

Staff were quick to accommodate a late check out after a long noisy night. So loud, we could not sleep. We were told there was a concert. Parked at the Arena Car Park, but you need your key pass to get in or walk around with all your luggage. It’s close but the staff gave me key pass to it, but I think better service would be to open the door for us. We just checked out and the door was a close walk for them.

Our room was good, but front side of building does get road noise & we had an external deck but no chairs to sit on outside with the table Hotel isn't quite set up for a full house that all have showers around the same time as the hot water ran out. On a positive note the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and housekeeping were great.
