They no longer have CNBC on tv. Channel air lounge is always cold, I heard other complaining. They don’t notice as they are working. It’s at a lower level than lounge so of course it’s cooler. I stay at Cordis often, however this time wasnt a great experience. We booked a room with 2 beds, but theyd 'upgraded' us to a room with 1 bed, so had to have that sorted out. The spa pool was cold for more than 24hrs. Someone had gone into the elevator wet, I slipped as I walked in and banged my knee on the floor and cut my toe - the guy at the front desk didnt ask if I was ok, just said hed have ice sent to my room.

Two things only, room was really nice and clean. But the room was hot, the aircon did not work, we phoned for help and no one came, had to have the windows open and even then struggled to sleep! Second issue was the breakfast, it was noted as included when booked, at check it also confirmed included and go to club lounge. Went to the lounge the next morning, however the sign there says breakfast downstairs on that day...so went downstairs, guy at eight wanted to charge us, i said it was included and the guy said you'd need to take it up with reception!

The room and the facilities were great! The pool was great and we got a massage too! The quiet time in the pool with no kids was really good. Bed was great And breakfast was amazing! The only thing was the wifi wasn’t working and the chrome cast was not working. I asked for help the 2 night and it didn’t work either night. The only thing they did was rebooted the system. After one night they didn’t do anything to help me. So that was annoying. It only worked in weird times when people were not using it.
