The Pullman is a lovely hotel and staff as usual excellent. We decided to stay in the Residences for extra space. The apartment was drafty in the high winds that week and the plumbing was not good with sinks blocking. Coincidentally there was a sprinkler leak in the corridor outside so a bit disappointing overall. Would stay back in the hotel next time!

A busy hotel. The day I checked in was hosting some events. I found the card access life doesn’t need to tap your room card to the room, so basically it can be accessed by anyone. If you stay at the backside of the hotel , you can see nothing other than the neighrboring buildings wall which is very different from the photos. Very dark room even you turn on all the lights.

the service when we arrived was 2 out of 10. until the young lady came from out of the back room. She was so efficient compared to the rest and i wish i new her name. Repeat guest , same issue

Great hotel. I am regularly happy with 99% of my stay. Continued disappointment in the breakfast chef who continues to not follow instructions even when asked in front of me by the serving staff. Thankfully I am not allergic.

Hotel has gone downhill due to management

This hotel is no longer 5 star. It has gone downhill in all aspects, it's clear to me that this is poor management and not the general day to day employees. Breakfast service has almost no variety and it seems management have cut costs everywhere. Rooms becoming outdated, wifi is trash you need to download their special app. Overall the hotel is way overpriced for what it is.
