The apartments are located on the same wharf as the Cruise Ship Port. Less than a minute walk to board the ship. Many resturants close by, ferries to visit the area are at the same location. Views of the harbour are fabulous. Would defintely stay here again.

Great harbour views & sunny deck

We got upgraded to the apart next door which had better views of the harbour. Apart was clean & tidy the deck sunny with great views of water & Auckland harbour bridge. 1 min walk to viaduct which was great for going out. Had a paid carpark in the building which was cheaper & easier than trying to find a park. Complimentary bottle of bubbles,chocs & cereal pkts were great. Thanks Kayta we will return.

Very basic apartment. Small rooms and no welcoming extras you see at other places (like milk etc). Locating the key was badly communicated and the email was only sent when I was trying to gain entry and phoned to query. The person who took my call seemed surprised that I had arrived (???) The key was in another building and I’d already gotten out of my taxi. Good location though and suited our requirements.

Great property, bathroom a little old and run down. Not the best communication relaying the $200 deposit which is taken from your account, without any description. Still waiting for the refund of the $200.

Absolutely fabulous. Very clean, modern and so close to The Viaduct, shopping and food. Loved the balcony, which gets all afternoon sun. Lovely bed and good shower. Lovely view of the Harbour Bridge.

Perfect - Stay Here!

The room was perfect - the bedding, towels were Hilton grade. Very clean and well kept. The people who run this are very thoughtful, providing some milk and breakfast cereal. Even a bottle of bubbly in the fridge and great coffee and tea. After traveling for 24 hours it was all truly appreciated. The nightlife (Fine Dining/Dancing) is a short walk away but when it was time for bed the room was perfectly quiet. We cooked a few meals and stayed in a couple of nights - the room had all of the kitchen gadgets you would need. Wifi was strong and fast. Central located near the Fairy Boats and the Downtown (Business & Shopping) area. This is where I would tell my friends and family to stay!

Nice once you actually get there

Upon arriving at the Apartment i was told to pick-up the keys from the Management Office which was easily found however the lady at the desk could not provide any information regarding access etc to the apartment and asked me to call the property manager. When trying to access the parking building, the card i was given was denied and from there followed 20 minutes of phone calls to management and parking provider to get access to building. Day of checkout at 10am i have returned my card to the management office which is meant to open at 8:30am. Nobody there and office is locked up. With a flight to catch i then have to wait 15 minutes for security to arrive at the office to take the card before leaving. Apartment was great, clean and tidy and in the best location but the Management was a joke.
