Best location in Auckland.

We got there early and we're not sure where to go although we called in around 8am. Once it was figured out, everything was great. The location was superb and a very posh and clean part of Auckland with 3 blocks away from all the high end stores, 10 minutes to the ferries, and a park across the street. Large single with kitchenette and beautiful pool and jacuzzi.

Great location

Very convenient location,surrounded by many shops, cafes and restaurants. It wasn’t on the website description but there’s a washing machine & dryer in the room which is a bonus. There’s no daily service as the room is on the residential floor not on the serviced apartment (Avani) side but good enough for short stay.

There’s no cleaning services. Basically u have to clean the room and throw rubbish by yourself throughout your whole stay. The plates and utensils were not washed properly. There’s still stain. The fridge is not clean at all. The bed was comfort but not the sofa. The location is 5 star though.
