Pleasant stay and very well presented. A little basic in the rooms with no tea/coffee facilities. It’s essentially a very tidy and pretty hostel. Do love their rad decor though!
Private double room was cute and functional, although a little small. Bathroom sink tiny. Bed reasonably comfortable. Some noise from bar music, but not unbearable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great central location. Enjoyed the stay.
Room was spotless, amenities clean, all working and enough of them (washer and dryer). Rooftop lounge amazing! Staff professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The decor was SO cool!! Excellent coffee HIGH RECOMMEND đź’š
Hotel is newly remodeled and clean. Great location to the waterfront, shopping, and CBD. However, it is a hostel so you share rooms and bathrooms which we didn’t know from the Expedia listing. I went back and looked and I still couldn’t find that it was a hostel. That needs to be more apparent.
The description said the bed is comfy. It was on and had lumps.
The bathroom smelled of sewerage.
When showering, the hot water would suddenly turn cold.
The lift went up to level 6 totally fine but button was broken so to get back down, I had to walk down to level 5 with my suitcase.
Overall, it was good for a 2 night stay and it's in a handy location
A nice bunk room and facilities. A new venue so everything still in really nice new condition. Only downside was noise from the bars, so not great if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise super nice and convenient
A lot of very loud noise in the area kept me awake for a lot of the night. Not necessarily the hotel’s fault, but I feel like guests should be warned or have access to earplugs. Otherwise a good stay (though just slightly overpriced for a private room).

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
Staff are unhelpful and not friendly at all. Difficult to get up to the bunk bed. Steps slippery. Wifi non reliable
Check in staff were lovely and the room was bright and very clean. This place has the potential to be a lovely stay - but only if you bring very good earplugs.
With a neighbouring roof top bar right outside our single glazed window, sleep was not going to happen. Luckily the reception staff were wonderful and moved us to an internal twin room which was much quieter and we could doze off. Only to be woken by party goers in a neighbouring room returning in the early hours of the morning making lots of noise.
Retrofit double glazing and more insulation would have made it a lovely stay.
