A nice option

Nice hotel great location. Bed was comfortable and room was well appointed. A couple of areas that I’d like to see improved, the chair at the desk is a lounge style chair and too low for any extended time making it uncomfortable to work at the desk for any period of time. An office style adjustable chair would work better. The tech panel below the tv is not connected. Tried using an HDMI cable but the tv did not recognise it. I know it’s coming but not being able to stream to the tv from my device in 2025 shows the age of the tech in the room.

Great place to stay in Auckland

The time I was there the room was beautiful and had a nice view of the city. The bed and couch were comfortable. The staff were great and very helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here when in Auckland.

Dior was not working on day 1 and 2. Had to tap multiple times to gain entry to room. Staff came up to help. Mged to get it open after multiple attempts. Made no offer to have it looked at or account for why it did not work. Day 2 morning - lift broke down. After 2 calls to reception, then a staff came to fetch us using the staff lifts. Breakfast crew not friendly nor warm. Customer service, thoughtfulness and warmth are non-existent.
