I was there for two nights. Housekeeping was late both days (after 5PM). There was a free chocolate buffet available to guests on the 13th floor. I prepared a small plate to take to my travel companion and was stopped by staff and told I couldn't take it back to my room. There were no signs posting this rule.

Excellent location, very good veiws , very nice room all round . Very comfy beds , i would have given full stars but it was hard to put the car anywhere to get my luggage out and check in . All in all great accommodation and i would highly re ommend staying there T Thanks 🙂

The staff were fantastic and friendly people. Unfortunately for paying $600 NZD per night over a 3 night stay in what was supposed to be a Superior room, we were right in front of the elevator with constant loud guests congregating, the cleaners vacuuming outside our room each morning at 8am, being moved to the other side of the bar at 5pm because they decided to vacuum the area, and either the lowest or second lowest floor which was very loud with traffic etc led to quite a disappointing stay unfortunately.

Glad we booked the large Ocean view room. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom large (wish it had more towel racks), and the carpet was soft under our feet. Nespresso machine for morning coffee. Bar was stocked but we didn’t sample it. We refilled our water bottles at the gym. The breakfast buffet (inc fresh fruit juice machine) was top notch, and with panoramic view.
