Disappointing

Single apartment run by a management company so getting the key was very inconvenient - had to pay for downtown parking in order to pick up the key before going to the apartment. The management company sent an informational email 3 days beforehand which stated that parking would be directly across the street in a lot for $25 for the night. False. Not even close to that price. When I called to inquire about the discrepancy, I was told that the information must have been outdated. It was sent 3 days before. Incredibly unhelpful and unapologetic. The apartment itself was sub-par; the rug hadn't been vacuumed, the walls were dirty, the TV was broken which nobody had bothered to fix, there were no curtains in the bedroom for privacy. We were very disappointed with this place. Way overpriced for what we got.
Stayed 1 night in Dec 2017
