Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Cooking amenities lacking. Only 2 frying pans and 1 very small pot. One pan you could not use . It was so scratched that it was unsafe to cook in. Teatowel had holes in it. Fridge had last guests food still in it. Had to buy pegs to hang laundry. Washing machine on button was broken, thankfully they had another machine next to it. Rubbish bins were full. We were staying 5 nights with a family of 3 adults children so had to put rubbish in recycling bins. Lawns were very overgrown. Covers on pullout lounges were not laundered. Microwave and jug had to be cleaned before we used them. There was no sink plug to was our dishes, we had to go out buy several items to help with these issues. The house itself was lovely, but the experience was atrocious. Communication with Wotif non existent. Tried to contact when I got home. They ould only do so by text, then no response from the number i was given. Tried multiple times to no avail. Please do NOT go there. I was in tears. They're happy to take your hard earned dollars but will not communicate with you if you have an issue. Highly do not recommend.
