Manager on property was very helpful and professional. Accommodated me in making changes to my reservation. Hotel was clean and in great location. Continental breakfast in morning was very convenient.

I found out the front desk is open from 7am till 11pm. I arrived emotionally drained and overtired. Staff provided me with an upgrade from a double/double bed room to a queen/queen bed room. however I was charged $35 more because I invited my sister to stay with me as I was alone.
