There were unruly children running and screaming up and down the halls on our first night stay, I had to go downstairs on night two and say something to the front desk just so I could get some sleep. I had to send my wife to the front desk on day 3 to request housekeeping because no one gave us towels or cleaned our room. When house keeping finally arrived, she was nice though. The bathroom had mold around the edges, wallpaper bubbling, and the indoor pool was very cloudy and just not very clean looking. The breakfast was TERRIBLE and had no taste or tasted nasty when it did have flavor so cereal was the only thing eaten for four days

The hotel desk person was very nice & accommodating. The pillows were too big to sleep with. The upstairs noise of someone stamping their feet went all day into evening. We got no sleep. The pool was cold and there weren't any dressing room so you had to walk out in the cold to get to your room. There we no ice machines.
