Had a single night stay at the Hampton Inn, Lewiston Auburn. The property is clean. The staff is what really made the difference. I must say the front desk people who checked us in more excellent and a big shout out to one of the housekeepers Ray. She was absolutely wonderful with my five-year-old daughter who was leaving the pool and a bit upset about it. She put a smile on her face. Thank you so much.

At the breakfast, you should have other egg items in case of allergies or dislike of stuff like peppers. There are people that can't eat peppers due to allergies.

This is not a high end location, and the cleanliness, quiet, comfort, and friendly staff were a pleasant surprise. The sidewalks in parts of the perimeter were full of snow and ice causing a fall, the tissue dispenser was soaked in water, and the tv is unfathomable. Overall, still exceeded expectations.

Rent a Closet? Go Elsewhere.

All of the staff were amazing, except the breakfast prep lady was cold. The food wasn't prepped in time and was hardly edible. The plastic silverware was flimsy & unusable. A very sterile room, tv was tiny, and bed was rock hard. No colors....bland...the chair was low and very uncomfortable. The shower was leukwarm and extra towels were needed to sop up the floor after showering. Expensive. Will never come back again.

The carpets on the elevator floors were in very poor shape. Some of the hotel "wood" furniture was a bit sticky. Overall though it was a very enjoyable experience. The lobby was very nicely laid out and comfortable which was a very big plus.

Staff was amazing. the young lady, Estella, checking us in was so friendly, and had great ideas on things to do with our children in the area, really made us feel comfortable. Maintenance gentleman had a great sense of humor, always busy but joked with us every time we saw him. house keeping was kind, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely go again.

First and foremost, the staff here is exceptional. I arrived early and they nicely accommodated me. Then the next day, I requested a room change due to loud neighbors and again they cheerfully accommodated. While I was talking to the (also very nice and helpful!) breakfast staff, they mentioned that the owners/managers are wonderful, treat the employees well, and they had been working there for years. Everyone went above and beyond. Breakfast was good. There is a covered parking garage across the street. Room was clean and comfortable. I will stay here whenever I am in town.
