Esta hermosa casa frente al lago, ubicada en el lado este del lago Owasco (Highland Beach, también conocida como Firelane 7) está a solo 2 millas de Merry-Go-Round Playhouse, a menos de 5 millas de la ciudad de Auburn y a solo 8 millas de la aldea de Skaneateles
Casa Carmela es una casa de estilo colonial de 1,736 pies cuadrados durante todo el año. El espacio habitable del piso principal incluye una cocina, un comedor y una sala de estar junto con un medio baño, lavadora y secadora. El segundo piso tiene una suite principal con una cama queen y baño completo, 2 dormitorios más (uno con cama queen y el otro con dos gemelos) y otro baño completo. El sótano de salida tiene un segundo espacio habitable.
Múltiples terrazas con muebles de patio ofrecen increíbles vistas de la costa durante todo el día y espectaculares puestas de sol en la noche.
Hay 23 escalones hasta una playa plana y un muelle privado. Para su disfrute, hay dos kayaks, tabla de paddle, una fogata en la playa y parrilla de gas en la cubierta. El camino de entrada tiene capacidad para 4 plazas de aparcamiento. El camino será arado para los huéspedes de invierno.

Great home

Great house with a fantastic location. The owner was fantastic, easy check-in, and very easy checkout. Beautiful decks to hang out on over overlooking the water and a nice fire pit down by the water. Great place to stay if your with family and friends lots of space.

Great stay at Finger Lakes

Had a great weekend stay at the Finger Lakes. Weather wasn't ideal but Casa Carmelo was a very pleasant place to spend the hours we weren't hiking. Plenty of room for the five of us (with a bedroom left over) and everything one needs. Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay!

Loved the house and Rick was great to communicate with and very responsive. it was a beautiful area. Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain while we were there so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we had hoped but we still had a wonderful time. Would definitely consider staying here again.

College Graduation Stay

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Casa Carmela. The house was perfect, and the host was excellent. Highly recommend and would love to return some time. Also highly recommend a visit to Tom Thumb for ice cream!

Gorgeous Fall Weekend

We had a wonderful long weekend enjoying the many amenities at the house and also visited the surrounding area. We enjoyed Skaneateles, Seneca Falls, Auburn, and Aurora. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the amazing sunsets from the decks. Everything was great and we would love to come back and stay longer!

Serenity on the lake

Beautiful view and nice property .. very serene but within 15 minutes of parks, restaurants. There are kayaks and a rowboat for those who want to get out on the lake.

Winter visit

We loved the incredible views of the lake from so many rooms and the size of the house. It was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed and was exactly as described. Riccardo was very helpful and easy to contact if we needed anything.

We had a delightful stay. This was a high school friends reunion and we came from Texas, Florida, Ohio and New York to spend time together after years of trying for this gathering. Location is terrific and we enjoyed sitting on the deck for cocktails and sunsets!! The house was terrific. And our host was amazing and flexible as we had some changes in availability. Really appreciate the willingness to make a last minute change.

Absolutely Beautiful!

The house was beautiful and the views of the lake were breathtaking. Everything was well maintained and the owner kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Its just a few steps to the water and dock and we got a lot of use out of the paddle board and boats. Highly recommend this house and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Owasco Lake

Lovely spot on Owasco Lake. A wonderful and family friendly home to catch a beautiful sunset! The pictures don't do this property justice. A truly lovely location close to Auburn. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.

First Time in Finger Lakes

When we arrived we were very pleased with the house and property. Once inside, the view from the living room was wonderful. The house was in good condition. The two level decks offered wonderful views of the lake. Would rent again.

The views were outstanding, especially the sunsets! We enjoyed our time very much! I personally would add blinds or shades to keep house cooler with the afternoon sun beating in the kitchen doors and bedroom windows, but other than that, everything was excellent! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided as well. We had our own boat that we were able to dock there, which was an added bonus. I definitely would go back!!
