Located in the historic district of Auburn, less than 5 minute walk to downtown and local shops, restaurants and night life. Large studio with full kitchen, private entrance, large ceilings and windows, allowing for natural light, 58" smart tv with Roku access including pluto, netflix, disney plus and more. Studio is a 2nd floor apartment, fully furnished with a king bed, full kitchen and full bathroom with step in shower and adjustable shower head. Large parking lot for boat or r/v parking. Housekeeping in provided upon check out only, however daily housekeeping service can be arranged by request. A/C removed last week of September and reinstalled mid May.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
