This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat is fresh from a complete overhaul, showcasing a beautiful kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Sleeps 5 with a queen in the first bedroom and bunks (queen and twin) in the second. Enjoy the spacious deck with patio furniture at the front, and a cozy rear seating area with Adirondack chairs and BBQ, perfect for laid-back evenings after a day at the beach. Your coastal escape awaits!

Living Room:
Step into the welcoming living room of this just remodeled property, where comfort meets modern elegance. The spacious living area features hardwood floors throughout, tasteful decor, and ample seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of beaching. Sink into the plush sofa and unwind as you watch your favorite shows on the 60` smart TV. The sofa also functions as a queen sized pullout bed, providing a sleeping space for 1-2.

Kitchen:
The newly renovated kitchen is a chef`s dream, boasting brand new stainless steel appliances and sleek quartz countertops. The kitchen also features a convenient island with stylish barstools, providing the perfect spot for enjoying breakfast or catching up over a cup of coffee.

Bedrooms/Bathroom:
This charming property offers two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, adorned with soft linens and plush pillows for a restful night`s sleep. In the second bedroom, a sturdy bunk bed awaits, featuring a queen-sized mattress on the bottom and a twin-sized mattress on top. The brand new, fully tiled bathroom boasts a tub/shower combo with tiled surround, modern brushed gold fixtures and elegant finishes.

Outdoor Space:
Step outside to discover the enchanting outdoor spaces. The front of the property boasts a spacious patio adorned with comfortable outdoor furniture, providing the perfect spot to soak up the sunshine or enjoy outdoor dining. In the rear of the property, a secluded area awaits, featuring Adirondack chairs and a barbecue grill. Additionally there is a storage locker at the rear of the building dedicated to this unit. Its a great place to store bikes, beach gear, etc. Please note there is no onsite parking, however there is free street parking nearby.

SHARED SPACES: This unit is one of three at the property. It features its own private entrance to the unit. The exterior spaces, BBQ. and laundry room are shared among the units. The number of guests permitted at each unit is limited, so you you`ll have no problem enjoying these great amenities.

STAIRS: Please note this unit is on the second floor, there are approximately two and a half flights of stairs required to access the unit.

LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are located on the ground floor of the building, the washer and dryer are coin operated.

DAMAGE WAIVER: This home is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection.

The charge listed as “management fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
