For the first time ever the property looked exactly as listed. I was very pleased how nice and clean rooms were. The only thing that we did not like was the pool. It was super small, not enough chairs to lay down, and it was not as clean. Everything else was good.

Staff was very nice and helpful

the only thing good is the location the place is older and clean, but not very well maintained. the shower was barely operable and the chain on the door. beds were not very comfortable. not worth the price of the accommodations.

the carpet in the unit was worn down and looked dirty even though you could tell it had been vacuumed. the owner should get it cleaned or replaced, if possible.

Our room was clean and well stocked with linens, towels, pots and pans, plates and cups, silverware, and dish and hand/body soap. The front desk was always available and friendly. The pool was clean and warm, so we enjoyed swimming, even on a cool day. No complaints!

Hard beds, had to pay for ice, pool closed at 8pm.

Early check in a bonus! Facilities disappointing. Refrigerator was filthy. Would not sit on furniture. Good location. Needs major update.

We were very disappointed. Our room was on the third floor with the view described above. We had to take our own luggage up on the carts. We requested a first floor because of a handicapped person but were never contacted that they had no first floor. The person during our check in was not helpful at all. There was a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee packets. When we asked we were told there was an Acme next door. The room was tiny for up to 4 people, We had three. There were only 2 chairs by the table. The air conditioning was hard to regulate and it blew directly on the beds, no way to redirect the vent. The hotel was quite a distance from the ocean. The location was not good. We will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

I am a single mom..i took my 2 young kids to stay here for a few nights. The pool was so nice, clean, and relaxing. The extra toddler pool was perfect for my 3 year old. It was silent ..i never heard any noise from outside or rooms next door.I could not have asked for anything more perfect. The location is great! The room had everything we needed. Everything was clean! It really was great. I will definitely be returning next summer!

Needs some updating and better lighting in room.. No Easy chair to read a book....

I am sorry you were not happy. All of our Units are individually owned condominiums. Not all of our them are the same, all owners decorate different.
