This unit is not for parties!



The Feng shui is designed for solitude, peace, and if you need to focus.



It’s also close enough to the night life to have a great time and commute safely. I’m always available and nearby. The place does have surveillance on the outside of the door. Please be mindful when booking. Book for the correct amount of guests.

If you are a long term tenant we must inspect the unit every 2 weeks. If the unit is not being kept to a certain standard we will schedule a cleaning within 48 hours at the current guest’s expense. This is to maintain the level of sanitation in the home as we have multiple guests and want to maintain the integrity of the unit.

Apartment was nicely furnished. The complex is wonderful! Comfy lounge rooms for residents, hammocks, pool, and fitness room. Parking was more than reasonably priced & secure. Would definitely stay again when I come back to ATL.
