Best known for Trading Spaces and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Pennington has left his mark throughout the property. Nearly every piece of artwork in The Otis—inside the residences as well as the common areas—was custom-created by him, giving the building a unique and artistic character you won’t find anywhere else.

The building itself carries a story of its own. Named after an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site, The Otis preserves the historic façade, still proudly displaying the original company’s logo as a nod to its past.
