We had some issues but were taken care of by the general manager. I am completely satisfied. I would stay here again knowing they care about their customers.

As soon as you walk in it smells clean, looks cleans, and it's a nice hotel.

The Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta/Perimeter Center is ok, budget friendly, If you want to be away from the city this is your place.

My sisters and I enjoyed that everything ran perfectly smooth. It was clean and comfortable. We explored the city of Atlanta, Georgia and the hotel was a great location and close to many nice stores and restaurants. Very convenient. I would visit again.

They need to change the pillows, the breakfast was close always berofe time and the air conditioner was damage.

The hotel is nice and clean and looked like it had been modeled recently, but the staff was inferior. We had a slight problem with our A/C and they basically told us is working fine. It is one of the cheapest room on the exit so all in all we got a good deal just not good service. P.S. Their breakfast is prepackaged.

I stay at this hotel at least 8 to 10 days a month. This stay was really bad. The room wasn't clean, the phone didn't work nor the alam clock. There were bare wires hanging out of the wall that was suppose to be hooked to something. The shower/bathtube lever was stuck so you could only take a shower. Front desk staff on Sunday night during checkin had no clue of what she was doing. That's a long story that I will not spend the time to write about. This hotel needs a makeover. Good value, but I guess you only get what you pay for.

The location is great. Everything else sucked. The first room I was in, the bed was sunken in and all springs. I asked to be given a diff room and they obliged. The next room the bed was flat and all springs. I had to lay all of my clothes on the bed just to get a small amount of comfort.

The first night we had to change rooms three times. First the bed looked like it was caved in and it was EXTREMELY small. The next room was better but when we checked the bed there was hair throughout. The staff saved the day particularly Bryan the night clerk. They are being bought out in July so don't expect upgrades soon.

Room was neat although small, but all i was looking for was a place to rest between jobs so it fit my needs well. No complaints here. i would stay again next time in Atlanta. Order/delivery service available for lunch and dinner.

Room was small, but had everything I needed,, including small fridge. Internet a bit slow, but works. Staff is friendly. Shopping center is within 0.5 miles. About 9-10 pm all stores are closed. Looks like safe area,

we opened the door to our room and although no one was present, it was obvious someone was staying there - the TV was on and the bed was not made. we were given another room. the heat was almost impossible to regulate and was very loud. the sheets had what appeared to be blood stains on them.

Great Staff, clean and in a great location. I would stay here a gain.

Thank You so much for the Hotel stay was more than we hoped for the valueand yes we will stay again. Satisfied Customer /South Carolina

Great location, easy to get to from interstate and around town. My only issue was the sides of the mattress. It had hard edges when you sat on the edge of the bed. It is a tiny room, but I didn't go to ATL to stay in the room! I would definitely stay there again!

My flight was delayed and I arrived at the hotel at 11:pm. I had to ring the bell to get in and it went unanswered until a lady sitting in the lobby on a computer let me in. I went to the front desk and the employee was on the phone working to close his shift and asked me to wait in the lobby (10ft away and within sight). He didn't even greet me properly. After about 10 minutes of standing there working on emails on my cell phone, he finally asked what he could do for me. I advised I had a reservation through Obz with late check in and my name. After muddling around with confusion and without enthusiasm or emotion of any sort, he handed me my room key card and said nothing. I proceeded to my room. When I opened the door, there was a strange smell I had never experienced before like mint covering dirt overpowered me. I stepped into the room and realized there was no way I could stay in what seemed like a closet for an entire week. I looked about the room realizing there was no alarm clock, no microwave, the bed springs poked me as I sat on the bed, the TV was really small and snowy, and the room was just generally dirty. I called down to the lobby and asked if they had a larger room and advised about the smell and missing amenities. The clerk was less than willing to help until I advised I would pay a little more, or go elsewhere. He then came up and gave me a key to a larger room. Before I could even get close to the door to enter the new room I could hear the people next door were very loud, as if they didn't even have a door on their room. I entered the room hoping I would not be able to hear them through the wall but the decibels did not change. I went down to the lobby and handed the clerk both keys and advised that I could not stay there, and I left. I went across the street to La Better Hotel and it was like I was in another country.

As a business traveler it is very important to me to have internet connectivity. That was advertised at this facility but was not available. Very Disappointing.

The staff is very helpful and nice they even update our suite without any extra fees. The breakfast bar need more varieties of food. The workout room is okay, however it just three workout machines. The room is cozy some are big, medium and small. They provide a shuttle car that will drive you to different place, but I am not sure where, just call and ask. Only one ice machine in the entire hotel and that broke. Two washer/dryer machines, the dryer did not complete dry our clothes. 24-hour coffee maker. Microwave and refrigerator are in some of the rooms. Either you have a Microwave or a refrigerator, you will have to upgrade to get both. The Hotel is very close to Sandy Springs and Dunwoody Train station. In walking distance of plenty of shopping stores and restaurants.

We were in Atlanta overnight on business and Microtel appeared to be a good bargain. Once we got there, we found out WHY the price was so low! First, the staff assigned us to an occupied room. When we went to switch rooms, the woman at the front desk INSISTED that the room could not possibly be occupied, even though we had personally talked to the occupant. Once we got our room changed, we almost left. There were short dark hairs everywhere - bathtub/shower, comforter, sheets, even between the mattress and sheets! WiFi was intermittent at best (kept kicking us off). Minimal TV channels. The complimentary breakfast included cereal, frozen biscuits, and bagels. We won't be staying at a Microtel again, that's for sure!

I've been staying at this hotel for the past 3 months. Good value, small rooms, could use a little updating. CRT TV screens, no flat screens, 1 tread mill, staff is good, good free breakfest selection, nothing special ceral, coffee danish. Ideal location for my work commute. walking distance. Shops, mall and food locations are plentifull.
