I do NOT hold Vrbo responsible for the 1 star ratings. These ratings are for the HOST. ZERO communication when asking information. Even contacted Vrbo and they called the Host and left an email. ZERO call back from Host to Vrbo. ZERO information/communication about access to property even after calling the Host on day of arrival. I called Vrbo while sitting in the parking lot of the property. Vrbo escalated the call and the senior supervisor called the Host multiple times. The Host NEVER answered or responded in any form.Vrbo was gracious enough to refund my entire rental and all the fees. I appreciate that Vrbo did NOT penalize me in any fashion because of a HORRIBLE HOST. I even told Vrbo supervisor they need to not use this Host because it leaves a 'negative impression'. Thankfully I was able to book a hotel nearby for the weekend at the last minute. Again, THANK YOU Vrbo for helping and doing all that you did to rectify the situation.
