The property is in a depressed area. There are abandoned homes and quite a bit of loitering.While we were not approached by anyone, we always felt we needed to be on guard when we were out.The property description says that it had been recently renovated. The floors appeared to be “newish” but the bathrooms were dingy. Only some of the outlets worked and many of them had loose outlet covers. There is a powder room in one of the first floor bedrooms and it is too small for any adult to use. The toilet and sink are so close to one another that you have to step out and turn around to come back in and flush the toilet.

Good parking for 4-6 cars. Clean. I didn’t like not having a closet in the downstairs bedroom. The makeshift dresser was too small. So, I used my suitcase as a dresser while there. There should have been one more role of toilet paper if the rolls are going to be small. Other than that it was a good stay.

It is an older house that has been fixed up in a rougher neighborhood. Proximity to attractions was good - 15 or 20 minutes to just about everything. Photos inside look great, but they don’t show everything. Not luxurious, but adequate. We had a place to sleep.

21st B-day weekend

My brother booked this home for my family and a couple of friends to stay at for my 21st birthday celebration weekend. The house was clean, spacious and conveniently located to downtown. The property manager was quick to respond when we’d text or call. We appreciate the 11AM checkout. One suggestion would be to put the checkout instructions in a visible location. Baby sis had a TIME!!!

The house was very spacious. There is private parking for up to 4 cars so that was also a plus. The only downfall that I would say would be that the home has a couple of flying insects that seemed to never go away & the shower curtain in the upstairs restroom had a little mold/dirt on it. Other than that, everything was perfect with the home.
