We recently stayed at a different hyatt and they were always giving us free water bottles. I loved that. I would highly recommend. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The shower barely puts out any water. The glasses in the room were not clean. Aside from that the hotel was fairly nice and the breakfast was pretty good. This place gets fairly crowded with soccer teams.

It worked out
I actually booked the wrong location for our trip but luckily it still worked out for us. During our trip only one elevator was working and room service didn’t even come on and grab the trash for a week stay until we asked the front office to let them know. Other then that it was a good stay

I don't think we've ever had more of an unfriendly check-in as this one! And we've stayed in a lot of hotels!! The receptionist made us feel like we were a total inconvenience! Especially when she had to stop chatting away on the phone to answer a question that we had! When we got to our room we only had three pillows but there was no way I was approaching her for the 3rd time to ask if it was possible to have another one as I'm not sure I would have been able to keep my mouth shut to her bad attitude!! Anyway! The room was great & we liked the free parking but that was it! In the morning we took one look at the free breakfast and thought no thank you! And we promptly left! We definitely won't be staying again!! which is a shame because we really liked the room!

Amazing hotel. Close enough to the city of Atlanta without staying in the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s close to a nice suburban area Alpharetta with a mall that has the cutest indoor play place for kids. The hotel was safe clean and perfect all around. Free breakfast was a plus!

Simple and peaceful
Clean and peaceful and more than anything staff were cheerful. Nothing to point that is not good for a short stay. Only one thing is breakfast closes at 9 am sharp. For ppl who are not early birds will miss the free breakfast. Maybe it should be open till at least 9:30 AM
