The cleaning team didn’t clean daily there were never enough towels (told towels we stained and back ordered) the one day the room was cleaned they didn’t fill tissue there was a cap to a hairspray can there when we arrived and the one day the room was cleaned we returned to the room and it was still there. The pillow cases were dirty floor was not vacuumed before we arrived or after the one day the cleaning team came. The administrative staff were kind and helpful, but the cleaning team was AWFUL. So was the breakfast terrible old dried out sausage looked like hockey pucks. The stay was not worth the money. Also although my room was paid in advance they held an additional $50 a night on my card for “incidentals” but I couldn’t get a box of tissue or bar of soap. Low supply. Low cleanliness. Over priced. The quality was comparable to a motel not a hotel.

Would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent place to stay i recommend it 💯

I would given a better rating but I had to BEG for towels for my family for 2 days! I was told come back in 30 mins twice because they were drying, after site seeing, only to be told come back the next day. With Covid, families want to clean up. You're not cleaning rooms until we leave & want towels turned in, at least give us clean ones for the price we pay per night. Pancakes were hard as bricks one day too & were not replaced.

Juan and Jamal were amazing staffers. they looked out for me during my stay. i had to leave early b/c it didn't meet my expectations for a hyatt stay. the sofa was worn and uncomfortable. the building is older and time for an upgrade. the kicker was just the families that were all over the place. i'm not sure if folx were displaced from the storm but folx were beating down doors, running up and down the halls, yelling at kids, yelling at adults, playing games in the hallway. it would be noisy after 10am and up until 11:00pmish. it probably is okay for families but as a solo traveler-i didn't expect this experience. you can't control who books space but this was just not what i expected.

It’s was quiet and peaceful and a straight shot from downtown Atlanta. Nice price and a nice area!

Hotel looks worn. Rooms are nice and clean. No movie service or DVD player which was disappointing for the kids. We skipped the free breakfast. Overall disappointing.

The location is great, very convenient to good shopping, restaurants, and a quick hop to downtown Atlanta. Located in a nice area. No traffic noise. Lots of parking close to the front entrance. The left elevator is sketchy. Use the right one. The room is nice and modern. Bathroom is tiny, but the sink and vanity are located outside the door. Big swiveling TV. Comfortable living room area with bar sink and fridge. Breakfast is nice with real plates, silverware, and glasses. Plenty of comfortable seating. Fruit infused ice water in lobby entrance. We had an issue with charges a day after we checked out. Paid through Orbitz. Gave card for incidentals upon check-in. Then was charged for rooms after we left. Called and had charges reversed only to be reapplied 2 days later. Called and had charges reversed for a second time. Hoping this one sticks.

I liked how accommodating the staff was to my needs on a one night stay . The bed was clean and so was the room there was a few stains on the carpet but nothing that’s was horrible . I loved the facility and the staff very much recommend .

Friendly and efficient staff. Very clean and quiet rooms.

I was charged, again, for the room once i checked in

I loved the atmosphere and how attentive the v start was. The outdoor pool was a plus. However my phone were not working and I had to go all the c way downstairs for a microwave wasn't expected. There was also a dirty diaper left v from previous guest under the sink in the little kitchenette that had an odor. My kids found it. But over all I enjoyed my stay and my privacy. I will be booking again.
