No towels mildew in bathroom everywhere … no remote to tv …door doesn’t lock safely
I arrived late even though the fact i emailed them 2 times to let them know i was running late. They didn't have a room for me. Left me stranded. Wouldn't answer the phone when orbitz called and i have yet to see a refund by rights they should Pay me for the 2 rooms i had to get because i had 6 people and couldn't find another suite at late notice. Horrible service
The room has roaches and the building manager came and sprayed chemicals that you can buy at Walmart to get rid of the bugs and it didn’t work. Not kids friendly or pet friendly. It’s a bad place to stay.
I was put a room I didn’t book and had to pay for also very unsatisfactory with service and cleanliness
Dirty and trashed property grounds, uncleaned room, stained towel only one given for a two day stay, no soap but filthy shower, section eight hotel, people living in rooms including one next to mine. Noisy all day and night, lobby closed early and no where to return room keys. Rude receptionist whom didn't want to be bothered. Never again!
This place is NASTY. The first room they put us in the roaches scattered when we opened the door and cut the lights on. When I told the front desk they moved us to a second room where there were dead bugs in the bed. To add insult to injury one of the showers had silver duct tape at the bottom of it. When I reached out to orbitz the rep Stormy in Las Vegas was rude and hung up. I am still waiting for my money back for the room and car rental. Do Not USE this hotel or ORBITZ
